The project went seamlessly with specific attention to the areas where I had concerns about rotted decking and leaks. Marcos had no problem with allowing me to purchase all materials and provide me a labor only contract. This allowed me to purchase the materials of my choice from Lowes and Home Depot on my accounts greatly simplifying financeing the project.
