Marc's Tree Service

We called for an estimate and they did not show up. They called the next week and wanted to come that day give an estimate. They came, gave us an estimate and did the work the same day. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of the lawn and other shrubs and flowers. They also made sure we were happy with each tree before they moved on to the next. It was a rough start, but worth giving them a second chance!

Arrived earlier than expected. Due to the heat, they finished up in the early evening. They went beyond and cleared brush not related to what was cut. Pleased with the info and detail of the work performed concerning tree growth.

Although the price was great, I would not hire again.

The scheduling and communication at the start was difficult but Im sure that was due to being really busy as weather hasnt been the best this spring. The window of opportunity to take care of all of their customers is small. Once on site very professional crew and very hard working even on a Friday afternoon. They worked into the evening until job complete. You wouldn't have know i had a tree when they were done. Cleaned up every bit of it even the littlest of twigs. A+ Service and would recommend ro any one needing a tree removed.

I chose them because I have been needing the service and they were soliciting our neighborhood.  I felt I got a good price for the work which I wanted done.  They completed the whole job in about 5 hours to include a complete clean up.  The man who climbs into the trees wore a safety harness attached to a safety rope as well as a support strap which he could lean into like a pole climber. They used a crew of four to complete the job and haul away all the small branches. <br />

It went well.  The crew was quick, courteous and professional. <br />

I have two very large maple trees in the back yard and they needed trimmed badly. Marc was referred to me by a friend who gave the company very high marks. Marc came out, looked the area over, gave me a bid and I agreed to have the work done. <br /> Marc offered quite a bit of info during the bid process and seemed to be very knowledgeable about trees. His crew arrived at the appointed time and went to work. They communicated with me very well and completed the work that could be done with the truck and bucket. When Marc came back to for payment, we walked through the back yard and I pointed out several dead branches that still needed trimmed and branches all over the yard that needed cleaned up. He no problem, they could clean up when they came back to take care of the dead branches. He said those needed to be done by climbing up into the trees and he would come back and do it. I paid him and took him at his word. It is now December and multiple texts and email since and I am still waiting. I learned a very good lesson. I won't pay anyone until the job is fully completed.  <br />

It went great. could not be more happy. They were fast professional and very reasonable. The bid did not include the stump removal but they recommended a guy who removed the stump for less then half the amount I had on other bids. They are the best. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Jeff Rosell <br />

Marc and his team did a great job.  He responded quickly to my request for an estimate.  Got my estimate back to me in a very timely manner.  Once we let him know we wanted him to do the work he scheduled it immediately.  His team worked hard and were very professional.  It took multiple days to get the work done, but not because they weren't working hard.  In all the time they were at our house doing work, I think I only saw them take one quick break.  We had one minor miscommunication, but Marc was very responsive and fixed it immediately.  It was a non issue.  When they left you would have never known they were there.  I was so impressed with the how well they cleaned up.  I would have no problem hiring Marc and his crew again. <br />

they were very good, and professional..  I was very happy with there service... my yard was cleaned up good... and my trees look great... my birch was hanging over my house and they did a awesome job clearing my roof safely...
