We are a family-owned business that offers both residentul house cleaning services,we also do windows carpet cleaning ,commercial cleaning traditional pressure washing, soft washing, and interior housecleaning services. Soft washing is environmentally friendly for siding, stucco, dryvit, roofing, etc. that is more gentle on these surfaces and rids you of all mold and mildew on your house. We also offer pressure washing for sidewalks, patios, driveways, pool decks, and all other types of concrete brick and tile grout surfaces. We pride ourselves on being professional, timely, and customer focused. All work done is guaranteed.

The person on the roof had fall protection, but it was not tied off or anchored. I was concerned for his safety. They were very nice, but not very professional.

The rep cleaned all the concrete surfaces of the driveway and sidewalks, as well as cleaning the brick steps leading up to the front porch and the brick trip along the edge of the porch. He was also able to quickly clean the concrete mailbox pedestal adjacent to the street. He was careful and thorough and very cooperative. He used the low pressure method to make sure there was no damage to the surfaces or finishes.

Bill did the work; he took his time and pre-treated everything. After the sidewalks were pressure washed Bill re-treated the sidewalk again to ****** the return of any mold/mildew. Before cleaning, the sidewalk was just about black; after cleaning, the sidewalk were almost white! The garage is clad with vinyl siding and was covered with green mold (it sits next to a small creek). After Bill finished cleaning it, I was stunned - the siding was so clean it looked new! I gave him a sizable tip for his efforts.

The contractor left and did not clean both driveways. He cleaned one driveway and Carport. I called them and they said there was a misunderstanding as to what I wanted done and since I had gone for an appointment I was not there to inspect the job. I called them they apologized and came right back out and did the other drive way. So I will use them again and they did a good job.

Mostly well, but the patio was left wet with spotting and debris from his mop. I was told to let the rain wash it off. However, no rain so I had to scrub the debris off several days later with a push broom and hose. Under the spotting and debris, the patio mildew was gone.
