They got here on time, were friendly, knowledgeable and got the work completed in the time they said. They even fixed my dishwasher, too!! Charged me only what were originally agreed upon. Honest, hard working guys!! Will definitely hire them again.

We set up an appointment. He called to say he was running late. He said he would be an hour or so, and that's the last I heard from them. I did talk to someone, and they reversed the fee. It was really disappointing. Sad to say, I don't use Angie's List anymore. <br /> <br /> Everything was an "F". They were unprofessional.

It was good. They painted. There was no extra charge. They were responsive. They were on time and finished everything on time. They did not charge extra money. They left it clean. There was 2 people. They were good.

It was a tough job as my house isn't square and the people who made the doors for me told me they wouldn't install. The doors weren't quite right the first time, but MPPM came back and adjusted the doors at no additional charge.

I purchased the 2 hour deal. The initial visit was prompt and one of the two workers was friendly enough, the other never opened his mouth. The guy that spoke said he could not install the hood range because I didn't have the electrical parts needed to make a plug. Said they would come back after I got the part. They started patching the holes around garage but said they needed to come back to finish that too. They were there maybe 30 minutes total. The talking guy said he would report to his boss that they needed to come back to finish the work and that I had about 90 minutes of time left. I called couple of weeks later and try and get them back out, I got no response. I followed up with an email and still have not received a response. Ironically, this was a replacement company I chose because the prior deal I purchased, the guy never showed up at all. Sadly, this is the 3rd purchase I have made through Angie List and the work has never been completed. I tried giving it a chance but Angie List has not worked well for me....This will be my last purchase through Angie List.

"first off we informed the customer that 2 guys would equal 1 Hr on the 2 your purchase so they were there 30minsx2 = 1hr. 2nd we in form here that the wires need to be repelled. You can not just and a plug to this type af a good range. it is not designed for the half way installelation she has contacted us and re assured her we would come back out when she purchased the corner materials. lastly the patch job take multiabe visits. due to the cure time. this can not be rushed. And it needs to be sanded and reapplied several times. We were not aware of other issues with Angies List Purchases so we were very informative of the processes in this purchase. we also informed customer we do not take short cuts as our integrity is at stake. she is owed 1 Hr. 2 guys = 30 mins. if all the material that we requested would have be purchased this project would have been resolved. But that not the case here. I do apologize for the inconvenience. but in order to warrant this. it has to be correctly performed. if you review our reviews you will see how our customers are satisfied. this petictlre customer is just one that has tried to get us to have us cut corners. we will not and stand by our comment"

3 workers arrived to my home on time and proceeded to perform the tasks in an efficient manner. They were polite, neat, and made sure I was satisfied with their work before receiving payment. They took away the old fixtures and will donate them to Habitat for Humanity - recycling! I would use them for any other jobs I may have in the future

Services day of went great. Specifically they built a room in the basement for our dog with a door kit and plywood sheets. Room is secured and our little fur-monster won't escape anytime soon. Thank you. I intend to hire again for sure in the new year with more chores.

It went great, they were the only ones to return my call on a Saturday and it was certainly an emergency. They finished in record time, and we're not taking advantage of me for the short notice, for that I am grateful.

They were excellent in all respects. In particular, they were able to repair a toilet that a certified plumber had told us could not be fixed and that the toilet had to replaced. It is working perfectly!

If it can go wrong it will happen with me. They were really understanding and professional with handling everything that was wrong. They were very honest and upfront with what they were able to fix. Over all the price was to high I thought but I will have them back. I was shocked how well they handled my big snappy dogs. They were great with them.

Marietta Property Preservation & Maintenance did an excellent job for me. They were professional and courteous, punctual, and focused on delivering a quality service for a fair price. I've had quite a bit of work done in recent months and have come to appreciate craftsmen who show up on time, complete the work they committed to complete, and are thoughtful about protecting my home and cleaning up after their work. They were quick to take care of some small issues to my satisfaction even though the mistake was mine. I wish that I had discovered Marietta Property Preservation & Maintenance earlier. They would have saved me a tremendous amount of pain and money. I will definitely hire them for a number of my remaining projects. (One final note to David and Doug of Marietta Property Preservation and Maintenance: As a woman, it was a pleasure dealing with a group that was respectful and honest. It was nice not to be talked down to or patronized. Thank you.)

David's crew was supposed to come on Thursday but, due to some unforeseen circumstances, we had to reschedule for the following Monday. Overall, everything went well. Most everything on our list was repaired, replaced, or addressed. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix our leaky shower due to the location of the problem (it would require a separate visit) and they weren't able to fix our dishwasher, which was displaying an error code. However, they were very honest about any limitations in what they could fix instead of going in and making any problems worse. I would likely call them back out for any future work that we have.

Hired these guys for my father in law and it went terrible for him. Here is what he had to say: My wife and I were looking for a contractor to do some work on a home we recently purchased,This contractor came and gave us an estimate which seemed reasonable, He told us the work would take about four days. the work took 12 days, and only after I threaten to cancel the agreement and pay them for work completed. During the time the work was been performed, I had to constantly pointed out mistakes and shabby workmanship. It appears the contractor just pick up these men off the street who has no experience, brought them to out home and left them. A week before the job was completed, the contractor wanted more money, I told him I was only going to pay the amount we agreed on. I was happy to have them out of my home. After I paid the contractor and they left, I started painting, The things I discovered about their work could only be describe as outrageous and dangerous, I honestly believed a lot of the dangerous work was done intentionally, it cost us money to repair the work they did. Remember that company's name and never let them into your home, or have them do any work for you.

"First off we were not hired by this gentleman. secondly our Craftsman are experienced. We were hired to install sheetrock on walls that was to be ready ( insulation in walls). This was not the case. We had to install the insulation, we also ended up hanging a door, and base moulding that was not ever paid for. our quote was to hang sheetrock. with additional cost for the extras. the home owner refused to pay for extras. the home owner had time to review our work before payment was rendered if anything was to his disliking it would have been resolved at this point. payment was made minus the extras that were refused to be paid. and we turned down other projects that he wanted to be done. This gentleman that supposedly hired us not only did we never see him but he never made payment to us."
