Amazing job!!

OMG! I was so impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and knowledge. I highly recommend Mr. Marion Hodges!! He and Will did a very detailed inspection, explained and advised on everything I had questions. He actually asked me to let him know if I have follow up questions, which I am sure he will answer. Again, I highly recommend him if you need someone with his qualifications and expertise!

If you need a home inspection, call Marion Hodges and Will Hodges with Home Inspection Services. I have a new construction and wasn't sure if I wanted to get it inspected. After talking to Marion Hodges, I decided to move forward with the inspection. After they completed the inspection, it was worth the money I spent. When they arrived, we introduced ourselves and I then got out of their way. After they finished the inspection, they reviewed the results with me. They explained everything in detail while showing me pictures of their work and their findings. The report revealed some of the following: a missing brick next to a outside outlet, a completely loose brick going up the front stairs, no caulking or seal around the light above the garage door, no caulking or seal at the bottom corners of the front entry door / basement exit door, too much water pressure coming into the home, faulty electrical wiring, water leakage in the basement, etc. True professionals. Call them.

Very thorough and professional. Was able to identify issues, that previous owner tried to cover with paint, we used the report in negotiations to cut price 10k off initial offer. Highly recommend

Got under contract at 6 PM on a Wednesday night and I only had a one day due diligence period. I’ll give any company that answers my phone call at 9 PM a shot. Will was at the property the following morning at 9a to inspect. A few hundred dollars saved me $30,000 minimum in hidden issues with the property; Will was even able to get a specialist to come out just to ensure his findings revealed the full scope of the issue. This is my new go-to company for inspections.
