Stump not receding, irrigation system not working very well in front and not in back. System leaking in back yard and not installed correctly - emmiters not placed correctly, pipes exposed/ not buried correctly or completely. Backyard only partially cleaned an a lot of stuff left behind include branches from tree trimming done weeks before. Rehired because they did nice job trimming trees but have ghosted me since end of January. Not responding to text, calls or email.

The majority of the work, but not all, was satisfactory. Several times during the project he asked for money up front, which I reluctantly paid (I have receipts). He told me he would have to order the pergola and it was written on a separate invoice ($2995.00) and he asked for half down to order. I paid him $1500 to order the pergola and have the receipt. Overall the project went from Nov of 2020 through Jan 8, 2021 at which time I never saw him again. I had paid him for the original job (he didn't show up for that last payment, he had his worker collect it; again reluctantly on my part and only due to his promises to fix the problems; BTW, I should have known better) and he had agreed to replace a broken gate latch that he had broken, and also to bring 6 additional tons of rock to fill in low spots in the front and back yard. I had also informed him of some issues I had found the needed additional attention to bring his work up to what I expected of the job. He did send me brief texts on Jan 8, Jan 17 and Jan 18. I texted him numerous times after that and was ignored until Jan 23, when he texted me to tell me he had contacted COVID-19. He included a copy of the diagnosis in his text. After that, he texted me again on Feb 10 to let me know he was being released from the hospital. I have not heard from him since, nor has he returned my $1500 deposit on the pergola (or arranged with me to bring and install it). I want it to be known I showed him compassion and was very patient, understanding the COVID-19 situation he was in. Given I have not heard from him since, I would say he is UNTRUSTWORTHY and a CROOK. I do not recommend him and would warn anyone not to do business with him. By the way, I have all receipts and texts and plan to take legal action against him. AGAIN, DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON!

He will be doing landscaping ,yard work and taking care of sprinkling system. Was very fare and know his job. Speaks very good English which was important to us for we do not speak Spanish. We plan on keeping him for our work. Will tell our friends. He also wore a mask

Mario was great to work with. Showed up within 24 hours to assess the project. He prepped the site and completed the job in a couple hours. Very professional and would use his services again.

AWFUL! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use him. He initially took my call, set a plan, came over and did the work. He was a little unorganized and had to go back and fourth to Home Depot a lot. We wanted a drip system installed for our palm trees before the summer came so he installed those. We asked him to replace the sprinkler heads and he told us to do it ourselves. We still haven’t been able to because it is very difficult and we need all different heads. He “programmed” the sprinklers and left. One week later I noticed about 50-60 screws and nails all in the gravel that he left behind at his work site in our backyard (where we have dogs) so we had to clean that up. Then I noticed the sprinklers weren’t coming on when he said they would so I reached out to him because he said “everything is under warranty”. Never heard back. Called, left voicemails and texted him for months to come back out and reprogram the sprinkler system with the drip system. Never got a text or call back. Now our palm trees are dead and my boyfriend is extremely frustrated and wanted to call him from hIs phone, immediate answer, and said he would be out on Thursday to fix it. Never showed up. Texted him and called multiple times and never heard anything back. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever seen from a business owner. We extremely regret using him so do yourself a favor and find someone else!

It was great. He came and get right to the job, did the job, put back everything where it was and cleaned up well. I paid the price that he quoted me. He did a great job.

It was amazing . He came out do the quote and a couple of days later he got the material and did the job. He completed the job in one day. His pricing were good as well.

Excellent Mario did an outstanding job inexpensive and got it done before promised time. Mario is a young man with lots of experience and very professional. We are happy with our home improvements.
