Another great experience with Mark Gonzalez. The quality of Mr. Gonzalez's work is very high and it is clear that he prides himself on attention to detail. He is very professional and easy to work with. He also shows a great deal of respect for your home by covering furniture that may get dusty/dirty with plastic and cleaning up after the job. Repairs done include: -Installing dry wall -Installing baseboards -Installing window casings -Painting We are very happy with the quality of the work, as well as the efficiency and pricing. We will definitely call Mr. Gonzalez when we need work done in the future.

Mark is very responsive and he gets job done very nice with very reasonable price. He is very honest and work very hard. I strongly recommend Mark to other people. Through many projects he helped me I am very happy with him and we became almost friend. Mark is a very nice guy.

Mark Gonzalez did a wonderful job on our daughter’s house. We called him and he came out and gave us a quote. Scheduling was an issue and we chose to wait for him to be available. We are glad we did. He did what he agreed to do and then some. An example is in order. The task was to repair sheetrock in several areas throughout the house. Those areas were enumerated and discussed. During the course of the job, he saw other areas that needed repair and fixed those too. He did not make a big deal of it. He just did it. He is also an artist. For example, we were supposed to provide the paint. He requested that he be allowed to get the paint which was great for us. He took samples and went to Sherwin Williams. When he got back with the matched paint, he was not satisfied (looked good to us). He took the paint back and had it redone. To us, it looked good the first time and perfect the second time. His rates are extremely reasonable and does a superb job. Scheduling may be an issue so we suggest to allow sufficient time for him to get to your project. You will be really glad you did.

Excellent job. Exterior looks totally clean, got the mildew off the bricks and painted surfaces. Front doors great job, two coats of varnish.

Mark was fantastic. On very short notice, he came by to look at the job and he gave us a very reasonable quote the same day. He began the project shortly thereafter. He was punctual and went straight to work. He was so very, very neat by prepping the area so the floors and other furniture was not bothered. At the last moment, we asked him if he could paint the soffits and a a few other things outside. He was able to accommodate us that day even though he had another job lined up the following morning. We really appreciated his flexibility and for that alone he deserves 5 stars. The quality of the work is superb. My realtor was so impressed she asked for his contact info. I will definitely call him if I need additional work. I'm very lucky to have found him.

The job was estimated to take two (2) days and was completed on time despite a few stoppages due to weather. Mr. Gonzalez was very professional throughout the job. He thoroughly explained the scope of work, provided a detailed/accurate estimate and performed high quality work to our satisfaction. He was also thorough in his cleanup upon completion.

Mark Gonzales did a great job repairing the wood rot on my front windows. It took him the best part of two full days and he seemed to do a thorough and professional job. Unlike some providers, his bid seemed very fair, and I felt like I got very good value for the money. I highly recommend him.

The price was reasonable. <br /> <br /> I have had handymen services where they have come in and not been clear about what to do. This guy knew what to do, he actually could problem solve. He was so helpful and did things quick and was professional. Everything about the experience was professional and easy.

Mark answered when I first called and was able to come look at the job and provide an estimate the same day. He and a helper arrived the next morning and spent three hours washing leaves and pine needles off the roofs and gutters of both the house and garage. Then also bagged up the debris. Overall, I felt Mark provided a service than I expected. I would call him again to do other projects as listed in his profile.

Great! Mark and his team provided excellent work at a reasonable price. They started when promised and completed all work in four days. Job was complex as I have an older home and exterior wood needed to be replaced in a couple of Window frames, a Bay window, and siding of a back porch.

OMG, The whole process, despite the rain, was Great. Mark is very meticulous about repairing and making my house look good. From start to finish he kept me informed of what would happen and why. As he found things wrong he would discuss it with me. My House now looks brand new. I'll definitely use him for other projects around my house.

Mark and his team were fantastic. I called on the Friday before the 4th of July and he responded the same day. He began work on the following Tuesday. The team was very professional and worked quickly to get the work done. I was preparing my house for sale and spotted some additional things that need attention and it wasn't a problem at all getting them fixed as well. Mark takes great pride in his work and it shows in the results!
