They were awesome! I had specialist requests to keep all toxic chemicals to a minimum. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They did an excellent job, were there when I needed them and everyone was so nice. My bills have been really low ever since I used them. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

I highly recommend Hurm of Gainesville. They recently replaced our heat pump system with a new, larger, unit. We are very satisfied with the result. Todd Short worked with us. He was great. Price was good. Work was done quickly. No complaint whatsoever.

The electrical was already there. They hooked up everything. They took out the old unit and they put in a new unit. It was just a great experience. We were very happy with the product they installed and have had no problems. It went really well. It took them like a day. I had compared prices with other companies. The lower price and high quality that I got from them and excellent customer service made me grade them A overall. I had no complaints whatsoever. They left the service area clean, I didn't even know they were there. What exceeded my expectations was their customer service. Agent Rolando was really available and proactive about communicating, it exceeded my expectations. The company did the job. They were on time. I have no complaints. Their products, the A/C and heater have worked better than even our brand new unit when we bought the house.

Rolando was very thorough and explained everything -that is why I chose this company initially. He also came back after the job to answer any questions and made a small adjustment in the attic to make sure that the unit was working most efficient. Rolando services the Newberry area and was a pleasure to work with - very professional. Again, he takes his time with you and knows about customer service - also, he has been doing it a long time and can answer all of your questions. <br />

The workers were fine. Actually, my husband oversaw them. They were pretty prompt. I do not think we had any complaints, and I would tell a friend about them. Their price was comparable to anyone else.

<p>My a/c stopped working due to a clogged condensation drain. The technician was at my home the very next morning, cleared the clog and got the a/c working within 20 minutes. I was so pleased with the professionalism, I asked if they had any kind of semi-annual service that I could sign up for. The technician said that they do offer that service, but I don't need it since my system is new and in good shape and that I would just be wasting my money. All I need for a few more years is an annual check up for just $75 per visit. </p> <p>As a contrast, a previous a/c service came to my home to clear the drain just a few months before and he DID try to sell me their $200 semi-annual check-up service...even though I didn't really need it.</p> <p>I've recommended Hurm to several friends who got stuck with broken a/c systems in the heat of the summer, and all have been just as pleased. </p> <br />

Excellent experience in every way. The tech was at my home within a half-hour of the appointment time. He was clean, courteous, and thorough in his evaluation and in his explanation to me about what happened. He also showed me how I can clear the pipe myself should it back up again to save me the cost of another house visit. <br /> When this drain had clogged before, another company had cleared the pipe for almost $200 and tried to scare me into buying their semi-annual tune-up package because, as their tech said, and quot;this will definitely happen again.and quot; Hurm cleared the pipe for less than $100 and, when I asked if they had a semi-annual service I could buy, the tech said, and quot;you don't need to waste your money. Your system is in excellent condition. Just call us for an annual check-up each spring and you'll be fine.and quot; <br /> When a friend's a/c stopped working and he couldn't get anyone to come to his house any sooner than 2 days out, I suggested that he call Hurm, based on my good experience. Not only was Hurm there within a few hours, they fixed the problem for less than another company had quoted. <br /> Overall, they are an honest and professionally managed company. They won't do unnecessary work to drive up your bill. I highly recommend them. <br />

They were prompt, clean, and polite. They cleaned up after themselves. We are having some trouble with one of the units, but the company has been more than willing to help us and have been very responsive throughout the situation. I would recommend this company.

Salesman did his homework and inspected all areas including entire attic. He listened to our needs and expectations. Explained in detail scope of work that needed to be done with detailed pricing for a/c, new duct work and electrical work. Also gave detailed information regarding procedures for rebates and timelines from GRU. <br /> They spent one day removing the old duct work and equipment, the second day was spent installing the new duct work. <br /> There was a one day delay in the completion because one worker was sick, however, the crew returned on the next day and completed the installation. This involved completing the connection of all the new duct work and return air lines and installing the compressor and completing the hookup and start up. <br /> At the end of the installation we were given very thorough instruciton on the operation of the system. The project manager who supervised the project came by every day and checked on the progress of the installation. He also conveyed any concerns we had to the supervisor and everything was executed to our satisfaction. Crew was pleasant and cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with the product. <br /> The unit runs very quietly---exceeding our expectations. <br />
