Mark Luther was very helpful and responsive. He gave extra time on site and provided with written note afterwards. In addition to advise on the interior paint he discussed options on furniture placement and window treatments. <br />

Mark Luther Design not only staged the complete interior of our home when we were putting it on the market, he also advised on the interior paint as well as the exterior landscaping. Mark has a terrific eye for space, style and color. Every friend who saw the final result was slightly embarrassed to tell us how great the house looked after the staging. It is a high compliment that we had five offers in three days; we attribute the success of selling our home in no small part to how perfect the staging was. We would heartily recommend Mark for any of the services he provides. <br />

<p>Mark Luther Design was extremely professional, responsive and masterful with their ability to transform my cape house into a beautiful and comfortable weekend retreat. The entire project was focused on utilizing some of my furniture and art collection from another home. My 1903 Victorian cape home was in need of major interior face lift including the design of an unfinished lower level with picture windows facing the water. MLD designed the lower level into a remarkable guest suite, complete with sitting area and bathroom. The entire lower level was designed to match the rest of the house with bead board and a stairway leading from upstairs that matched the other staircase. MLD even designed the lighting and electrical outlets based on traffic flow and furniture placement in the room. Wall colors, bathroom tile and granite and flooring were chosen to provide a WOW factor for guests. MLD even designed a custom stained glass window insert over the bathroom vanity which doubles as a privacy shield and lighted artwork. </p> <p>The kitchen was remodeled to include a bar and storage area as well as the addition of more storage cabinets handcrafted to match the existing cabinets. To maximize the view from outside, MLD designed a deck placed over the Victorian porch, complete with lighting and sound.</p> <p>The remainder of the house was painted with comfortable colors including a checkerboard painted floor in the enclosed wraparound porch whose colors highlighted the sunbrella fabric on the vintage wicker furniture. </p> <p>The furnishings were a combination of antiques from another home and beautiful new pieces. Custom designed rugs, upholstered furniture with custom fabrics, indirect and direct lighting combined with a contemporary art collection were strategically placed by MLD to produce a visually beautiful weekend retreat. </p> <br />

I have sold two previous homes and had never used a designer/stager. Mark was very professional and engaged in understanding what needed to be accomplished. He provided great suggestions and was able to take our very eclectic home decor and pull everything together. Mark was sensitive to our style and possessions and added additional things to accent and highlight the positives of our home. His assistants were very pleasant and helpful in moving items and finishing the work efficiently. I plan on using many of his ideas for my new home. I wish I had sought help like this before deciding to move. This was a great investment and an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend Mark even if it is only for his advice and consult. <br />

Mark came in and did an assessment of our home. It is an elegant beautiful manor type home. We have lived here for 12 years. Mark went through our home and wrote us a comprehensive proposal of all the items and things we would need to do to prepare our house for sale after Labor Day. the list was comprehensive as we have a large home. Over the course of a week we abided by all of his suggestions and then Mark and his team got to work for two days in our home. they staged many areas with our own furniture and items and then brought in absolutely exquisite lamps, end tables, silk orchids, candle sticks, comforters and any other items meant to enhance and accentuate the architecture of our home. <br /> The results were absolutely stunning and our home sold in 2 days. The pictures on MLS and the absolute artistic gift that Mark has is truly outstanding and unique. We have bookshelves on the upper level. We had them filled with pictures and knicknacks and souvenirs from our travels, and Mark rearranged every shelf with a theme from our travels and incorporated books from our library to state the theme: Disney, Alaska, Africa, Caymans, Hawaii, etc....just stunning. <br /> We do plan on using Mark's services again as we embark upon completing our next home and designing our motif. I highly recommend Mark. He shared his gift with us. <br />
