Marks Sealcoating

I definitely would not recommend Marks Sealcoating. Lawrence Marks; presentation was impressive but he did not clarify the scope of the work. He simply put a spray on, that gave some appearance of improvement but did not fill the cracks nor where previous paving had loosen over years of tear. After coming the first time he told me he could not fill those, but also told me he did not have to because water would not drain correctly and cause more cracking. Now I have some moss growing in the paving, so water is not draining correctly. In the deep cracks the material would not penetrate. When I noticed ants coming from the cracks I was concerned since it seem the spray did not go all the way. I have chosen the highest price for two coats and a 10 year warranty. I asked what the warranty would cover, he told me that the only thing not covered would be caused by heavy equipment. I noticed that neither application went up to the garage. It stopped two inches before. In one place a big blob or tar was left, I tried to remove it but I was not successful On the first coating he missed 6ft long and 7 inch wide that was not coated at all. On the second application he did not cover that spot either Asked to send a printed warranty, after many requests, he finally sent me one on Sept 13 2022 His service was very unsatisfactory

I highly recommend them. They did a great job on 3 of my properties, commercial and residential. They worked well with my budget and were very accommodating. did a top-notch job and was very consistent. Everything turned out great! Thank you, guys.

He came and did his thing quickly and well. He was in and out in good time and cleaned up after himself. He is great at what he does and is a great overall young man. He knocked the job out of the park. His work was great and he is an all around great guy. I have had other professionals do this kind of work, and he did a much better job. The details in his work were perfect. Other professionals have ruined the brick around the driveway when they have done seal coating, but he was so careful that nothing was damaged at all.
