We were very satisfied with the projects. Justin does high quality wokmanship. Very fine finishout. Very satisfied with the projects.

Justin and crew did an amazing job. They first demolished the existing deck, including removal of a hot tub. Then, they set about building the foundation. I'm no expert, but looks like they did a great job with this part. Last was the decking and rail installation. Justin worked with us to come up with a railing solution we liked. They used Trex Enhance with hidden fasteners with powder coated metal rails. I'm thrilled with the results and definitely recommend Marling. They do quality work, with lots of attention to detail. I've spent more time out on my deck in the last two months than I have in the last 4 or 5 years!!

Great. They were pretty busy (lots of people investing in home upgrades during the pandemic since they spend some much time there) but got my project going pretty quickly and got it done in a few days including finishing/painting work. They're also really fair. The job was quoted and contracted at a given price but when they began doing the work, they realized that the work wouldn't require as much labor or material as expected and they offered to adjust the price a fair amount without my even hinting about it. Also, I love the contract they use. It is simple but detailed - it covers everything it should (insurance, workers' comp, etc.) but in a way that is easy to understand.

The standard of work was excellent. All of our concerns were addressed with a view to what was best for us. The finished deck is excellent. Any delays due to weather or other scheduling conflicts were promptly communicated.

Justin was exceptional. He replaced the old deck that was falling apart and replaced it with a new deck as well as a pad for our new hot tub. He has great vision and attention to detail and communicated well throughout.. Couldn't be more pleased with the results, and the price was very fair.

The work was completed satisfactorily and with such precision. I would recommend hiring Justin Marling on other future projects. The expertise and professionalism was well warranted.

Justin came out and was professional and well organized. Gave me a time frame and completed the work in even less time than I was told! I would say that he is easily the type of guy who likes to over deliver. Great overall job!

The project was very smooth. Justin gave me a detailed quote and went through the process with me. He showed me his previous projects and together we talked about the finish and overall design I wanted and how it would be built. The end result is awesome! Every time I have quests over, they want to know who built it.
