Mike was absolutely fantastic! Our water heater started leaking the day before we were scheduled to fly to Colorado. I needed someone to come as soon as possible. He came out the next morning and replaced our water heater in under an hour. His workmanship and attitude were wonderful. He communicated with us quickly and I will definitely be using his services in the future. <br />

Mr. Marotta arrived at the time scheduled. He replaced all the items, however was unable to replace the tub drain because of its age. There was a possibility of permanent tub damage and I agreed to not have him do the work. He then replace an outdoor water faucet. I felt all the work was professionally done and reasonably priced. <br />

He came right out and he was very good. It was a good experience. He took care of us right away. Everything worked out fine. We haven't had to resnake it yet so I guess he did a good job. The price was average.

Provider was very punctual - exactly on time. Very courteous and polite. When he left the job, except for the new water heater, you wouldn't even know he was there. Outstanding service - outstanding provider. <br />

It went very well. He explained everything to us. Located the problem quickly and got it repair. It was great service. Happy it wasn't a bigger issue.

He originally tried to reach clog thru air vent on roof, but roof was too steep to work from. He had to go back to shop and get 100 ft. snake. He was able to access thru the outside drain and was able to unglog the stoppage. <br />

Michael Marotta is a wonderful plumber. He is punctual, personable, and an outstanding plumber. Michael was able to diagnose our problem and solve it quickly at a very reasonable cost. He is also an excellent communicator and explains precisely what he is doing and provides helpful advice for preventive maintenance. Mr Marotta was on hand to oversee the work of his employee, and to assist him in both the removal and the installation of the water heater..The men are very professional, and courteous, We were very pleased with the overall experience. <br />
