Brad was great. This is the second time we've used this company and Brad had come out both times. They are very quick to respond-both times I was able to have someone out within a few hours of calling (I was quoted a 2-3 day wait time by another company). He was able to quickly assess the problem, explain to me what was wrong, along with the repair and price estimates. He had that part on his truck, and was able to make the repair on the spot. The entire appointment was less than an hour before we had our AC up and running again! With the repair to our furnace this winter, my father was able to figure out the problem, we just needed to find someone locally that had that part available. I called probably a dozen places and was told it would need to be special ordered and would take a few days to arrive (not ideal when you have a small infant and no heat in the dead of winter). Marshall HVAC happened to have that exact part on a truck, and sent Brad out within a few hours to install it for us. (For the same price it would have cost us to order the part and install it ourselves!). We have been very pleased with their work, warranties and pricing so far, and they are going to be our go-to guys for any future issues. Brad is a very nice guy-good to talk to and knows his stuff. The scheduler in the office is also very pleasant to speak with and quick to respond. Very happy! <br />

The work required replacing units outside and inside our attic. The outside unit went quickly and as expected. Unfortunately the inside unit did not go as expected and took much longer to remove. The old unit was at least twice as large as the new unit. Also since the house was without A/C the interior temperature of the house was 80+ and the attic was over 140. They wisely took many water breaks and worked into the evening trying to finish in one day but could not. As this was an extremely hot week locally they had to do some other quick service calls locally the next morning and did not finish the whole job until late Thursday. Given the heat and extra work involved with removing the old unit and installing the new unit this did not surprise me. The crew and electrical subcontractor all did excellent jobs and we are now enjoying cold air and constant temperatures. The job was delivered at the quoted price. <br /> I recommend Marshall Heating and Air and will use them again in the future if we do other upgrades to our system. <br />

The company was very professional toward me and they did such a good quality job. They did a good job at explaining what needed to be done and with my options. They worked with me about being able to pay for it.
