I called to set up a free consultation and was promptly met at the agreed upon time. We discussed my desires and how to achieve my project goals. I was given a quote and agreed upon the price for the garage work to be done the following week when I was free. The spray foam and "drill and fill" have been awesome! I have a 24K BTU AC unit in the garage that was unable to keep the temps low as there was so much heat in the garage all day. After the insulation was done it can hold the temps at 70F in the garage while barely turning on during the day. The attic above the garage tops out at 85F when it was over 110F outside, just amazing. We had them do a home energy audit and found that there were plenty of leaky areas in the attic and the insulation was 15 years old and about an R-10 level. It needed some serious work so we agreed to have it topped off with new fiberglass insulation. The guys came out and did and amazing job bringing me up to R-39 as well as keeping the house very clean while doing it. On both days they cleaned up after themselves and took great care of my house. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone that could use more insulation!

Went every well their project had two phases and needed to be coordinated with other contractors doing work and they pulled it off perfectly. Good work, easy to work with, all for a good price.

We used Marshall Insulation to provide insulation and seal our ductwork and we are very pleased. Jeff the salesman was very thorough and professional. The crew that did the work was awesome, making sure we understood exactly what was going on, providing pictures of the attic as they did their work, and were very neat. Although we have not had a summer pass yet, our SRP bill is already lower. We are really glad we decide to go with Marshall and highly recommend them to anyone looking for insulation and ductwork.
I wasn't really convinced of what he was doing. I kind of felt he had just brought some energy efficient stuff from SRP that they are contracted to give us.

Darwin came out to give us a quote several months ago. Due to some framing issues, we just now needed insulation. When Darwin first visited my husband and I, we were both very comfortable with his level of knowledge and his honesty. We had some other quotes, but we felt Marshall Insulation would do the best job. Foam insulation is something you do NOT want to trust to just anyone. You need people who know what they are doing. Marshall Insulation knows what they are doing!
They came out when they were supposed to show up and sprayed the house for about 1.5 days. Darwin came out after they were done spraying with his heat gun to make sure all of the foam was thick enough. He had the spray rig come back out the next day to hit a couple spots that were not up to Marshall's standards. I discovered one other little spot in a closet that was a little thin, and Darwin sent someone right out to fix it.
Our house is now extremely well insulated and soundproof. We could not be more pleased with the work that Darwin and his team did. Thank you Marshall Insulation!
After a quote request I placed with a couple of companies rated highly on Angies List, I got a call in the next day or so from Darwin, at Marshall Insulation. He scheduled himself to look at the Attic right away and after giving me a price quote I was happy with we scheduled service for the 12th. They were actually available to come out the next day but I couldn't be there that day. They came on time and got right to work sealing off the duct work and prepping the area for the insulation. I don't think they were there more 5 hours with the first half that time getting the attic ready. They pulled up in a 24 ft. truck and only had to run the hose down the drive way and into the garage. My access was inthe garage but if yours is in the house, you may want to ask about how they seal the opening to avoid dust, i'm sure they have a process for that, other wise there was little mess. The crew were curtious and once i got them access to attic they didn't need anything else from me. There was minimal mess and other than in the attic not much dust considering the process. They blew in enough insulation to cover my 1811 sq ft. house, bring it up to an R30 (10 inches of insulation was needed, but they exceeded that by a few inches throughout) or better rating. Cost was $931.09 tax included. I didn't have a chance to do alot of comparison shopping, but a general contractor had quoted me somewhere in the $1400 range. I would only make sense to me to use a company that basically only does insulation as they have the right equipment and staff to be more efficient. Next time, I would get several quotes from companies with a good rating and ask plenty of questions to make sure your getting the same service. I do not have any way to show a cost savings as I was doing this work as part of the sale contract on my house, but I'm sure the new owners are going to have a lower heating/cooling bill.

I did the $49 home energy evaluation through Angie's list.Marshall Insulation was sent for the audit.Jeff came out to do the eval.He did a very comprehensive energy audit. He was very professional and informative. I decided to have the insulation installed. They had to remove a very large amount of styrofoam blocks/pieces from my attic which were put there by the former owner ( I have no idea what the purpose behind it was!) This is what added significantly to the cost.It would have been much less without the styrofoam removal.I did get rebates from SRP and that helped somewhat.Carlos and Charles did a great job of getting it all out of there. They hauled it all away and did a good job cleaning up.Then they blew in the insulation and sealed all of the ducts and any air leaks they cold find. Both were very hard working and professional. It was a big job.I noted a small problem several days later and called Jeff. They took care of it right away.I would not hesitate to use this company. They know what they are doing and care that they do a good job. From beginning to end this was a good experience.Ask for Jeff to do your audit. Carlos and Charles also did a great job.

Carlos and the crew showed up on time. They were good. They got right to work. They did a lot of things up there before they blew in the insulation. Then the owner showed up and inspected their work, then ran lots of tests for the pressure, etc. They were very conscientious.

Their crew arrived promptly at 7:00 am. Carlos explained what each crew member would be doing. They increased the insulation in my attic. They also discovered that the ducts had been attached to the vents with plain duct tape. The duct tape had become gooey due to heat and had slipped off the vents in many places. This allowed out side air and dust to enter, spreading dust out of the vents. It also allowed cooled air to escape into the attic. The corrected all of the duct work connections. Jeff came to check the work upon completion. He ran tests to verify that the work had been done correctly, and he replaced all of the "regular" light bulbs with cal bulbs. All of the work was done quickly and neatly.
It turned out really good. I didn't take the energy audit. What I really wanted was the square feet of insulation and they did that. They were happy to do that. I was happy. That was all I wanted them to do. It was pretty quick. The heating and cooling bills have been much better since they blew the insulation. Three men initially came and later, there were two. Everything was covered and they made sure they were to my satisfaction. It was done very good. There was nothing bad. It was a well done and well performed insulation. It was a very good deal.

super helpful information came out of the energy evaluation an helped us make a number of decisions of work or upgrades we had considered. In some areas we chose not to do additional work and in other areas we did. We also had them blow in additional insulation in the attic and upgrade some canned lights so they would not 'leak' hot/cold air from the house into the attic. Team was prompt, professional, clean and explained what they were and were not doing. Gil game back the next day and reviewed the work that had been done and reevaluated the energy efficiency of the house. Would definitely recommend them.
