I used Marshall's to pressure clean the roof and house. After assurances that my lawn and plants wouldn't be damaged, the crew did just that...damaged my grass near the backyard rain gutter downspout and potted plants that I had moved off of the porch to make cleaning it easier for them. The back porch was not cleaned nor was the back wall of my house. I had to call and get Marshall's to return to clean my back porch despite having moved everything for them the day before. I came home that evening to see that the porch had been cleaned but the back wall was still dirty with mold. The other walls of the house had been cleaned as had the roof, driveway, front porch, sidewalk and curb. I texted the proprietor and received no response. A call produced a conversation that yielded no visit to my property or any other offer to remediate the problem. Correspondence and photos of the lawn and plant damage were mailed to Marshall's business address and to date no response to attempt to make things right were made. If you don't care about your plants and lawn and don't mind being disrespected, Marshall's is the pressure cleaner for you.

he shows up ON TIME he measures and assess the situation (I had a filthy moldy chimney) and in 3 hours he leaves give or take. He is pet friendly and direct. I will use him every year or more if needed this is 3rd year thank you Angie's list for introducing him to my family
