Marsha and her crew were phenomenal. I just recently moved into a home that needed a serious cleaning from top to bottom. Every inch needed to be cleaned and disinfected and Marsha’s crew took on the challenge and exceeded expectations. They cleaned the walls, bathrooms, utility room, inside my washer/dryer, cabinets, screens and even inside my vents!!! Amongst everything else that they cleaned, I was surprised to see that the tile in the home were actually a different color than expected. They brought out the shine and character of the textured tile and hit the grooves of the tile that now makes it sparkle when the light hits it. They left no stone unturned. I even said that I was going to throw out some blinds and they took them down for me. The superior customer service, attention to detail, professionalism and sincere commitment to their practice and skills have left such a good place in my mind. I’ve even told others about how great of a job they did. I would not be living in my home now if it wasn’t for them as taking the time to clean the place by myself would have taken days if not weeks. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anybody who needs a cleaning crew for minor and especially major jobs.

Marsha and her crew did an incredible job cleaning out my parents 200+ farmhouse that they had lived in for over 50 years. They cleaned every inch and made an old refrigerator look brand new. The rate was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

I just hired Marcia and her crew for the second time. If you want no detail to go untouched--she even offered to clean the inside of my toilet tanks--Marsha's Cleaning Service will satisfy. Another example is the collection of dead insects that collect at the bottom of some ceiling light fixtures. She cleaned it without my having to mention it, as well as dust on top of the window frames, the inside of my sliding shower door tracks, etc.. This is thorough, deep, cleaning - not for hiring on a regular basis.

I had used Marsha's twice before. It was expensive, but the quality of the work was excellent. I tried to set up a date for my next cleaning, but she said no because she might have "a big job" and didn't want to commit to a date. When I called again, she asked for $275 for a 800 SF 2 bedroom house! I said no. She called back a day later offering $175. I said no. She called back a day after that and offered $100 and throw in basement cleaning for free! If she was willing to do the work for $100, why did she try to gouge me for $275? I would have gladly paid the $100 even without the basement cleaning, but I don't want to do business like that.

BE SURE TO AGREE ON SCOPE/TIME/PRICE FIRST! Team was flexible to show up on short notice and said job would be very quick and $25/hour per person. Then brought in 4 people and cleaned for an hour and said they would need 2 more hours to finish. We never asked for a deep clean and because they took so long they never actually got to the countertops, washing the floors, etc. Then they broke the cover to our bathroom vent fan as they were leaving. Felt robbed.

We are willing to come back and make things right but you have refused to take our calls. Have a good day"

Very, very well. They werr a few minutes late, but traffic was terrible. Once tgey arrived (3 women 1 man team.) Thr started upstairs, then main floor and then the basement. They moved furniture, got behind it, did jnsdue of windows, clraned blinds and floors. Very happy with Marsha and her team.

The first time we scheduled the housecleaning, they did not show up. They called an hour after they were supposed to arrive to say that they were running late cleaning another house and would not make it. We rescheduled and when they did come, they charged more money (on top of the $350 paid initially) because they claimed the house was bigger than what was covered by the $350. Weeks later, I went to get something from my china cabinet and realized that one of my Lladro figurines was broken. No one had been in the china cabinet since. I was incredibly angry and frustrated because none of the cleaning crew told me about what happened AND on top of that charged me more money to clean the house. Would not recommend...

"Thank you for your review we appreciate your business, about the porcelain we did not break the item, because our standard we would have mention our doing and would have discounted it from our price to whatever the cost necessary. so therefore we did not break the item, why is this became a problems months after? to us that sounds very suspicious!!. about the extra cost the offer clearly says that we will up sell our services based on the condition or the size of the home, in this case this home was not cleaned for quite a while and required extra time, if the client was not satisfied she would have mentioned in May when the house was cleaned not 5 months later. anyway we would rather not to do business with you anymore either."

Everything went well. They are very hard workers. They were not able to have every thing finished bc I put a maximum of 5 hours time allowed. I was able to pay Marcia for today's service with a check which was a nice change from using the credit card. I will definately hire them again.
