Over Thanksgiving Saturday of 2013 one of our technicians stopped by my office to pick up equipment. He called me to say that the picture window in the rear of the office had been smashed and the office was vandalized. I called the police first and on my way to the office called Rich to ask for his help. Rich showed up within the hour with plywood and hardware to secure the building. I don't know what I would have done without his help. <br /> <br /> 2-3 days later he delivered and installed a new window. He was careful and cautious when installing the new window so that no additional carpentry or painting was necessary. He also cleaned up all glass and disposed of the old window. <br /> <br /> I had to take pictures of the damage because Rich was able to fully repair it before the insurance adjuster could get there! Also his repair was perfect to the point where without the pictures, the adjuster would not believe that it was not the original window. <br /> <br /> I would not hesitate to recommend him. He is reliable, does excellent work, and responds immediately. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

We had a deteriorating 3 season porch that needed to be repaired/reconstructed. Rich pulled out all of the old storm windows and the windows themselves. He then replaced rotted wood and reinstalled excellent quality all season windows. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> He sealed everything along the windows and made sure everything was air tight. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Rich showed up every day until the job was done. He cleaned up every night so that you did not know that he was there. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Eventually we need to replace the windows in our home and I will definitely use Marshfield for this job. <br /> <br />
