We met with Sarah McCullough who helped us decide the style, color and hardware for the cabinets.  She took personal interest in making sure that we would be happy with the final product.  We are extremely happy with the final product and the professionalism they showed during the whole project. <br />

They were on time and helpful in picking out my cabinets and countertops.  Melanie came to my house to measure and recommend choices.  I was very pleased with their work and timeliness. <br />

Installers were prompt and careful with installation. Other than that I had to vacuum the inside of cabinets after installation <br /> they did a good job picking up boxes and disposing of them. We had one issue with color not matching on doors of one cabinet but they quickly ordered and resolved that problem & reinstalled the matching color. They also adjusted one door that initially did not hang properly. Working with Sue was pleasant and professional and though we were a "small job" she took necessary time to work with me on selections and lay-out. I love our vanity selection in contemporary flint color and enjoy it daily :0) <br /> Matched to our new granite vanity counter it all looks wonderful.

We recently completed a kitchen remodel.  We got at least 4 estimates for doing the job, which was to essentially remove the old cabinets and replace with taller and deeper where possible to gain more storage and a modern look.  We also added a granite counter top.  All this without changing the footprint of the current kitchen.  Marsh gave us the best estimate by a substantial amount.  Marsh employees were very helpful in every stage of the project.  They offered advice, were prompt in meeting every schedule and even early in the preparation of the counter top.  They came to do the measuring and estimate the day after we contacted them at their showroom in Burlington, NC.  After selections were made all the components were delivered and installed in about two weeks.  One more week was needed to measure, cut and install the counter top.  The job is now completed and my wife and I are extremely satisfied with every aspect of this project.  We are now redoing two bathrooms and have gone to Marsh to select the new vanities for the project.

Marsh Kitchens did a wonderful job helping me pick out my kitchen cabinets and hardware. We had attempted to use a different company who didn't deliver on ANYTHING they promised. Jennifer Young was very helpful and even moved things along as quick as possible since we had been waiting so long on the other company. She also had several helpful tips and suggestion of things we hadn't considered for our kitchen. She kept me informed and was always easy to contact. <br /> My cabinets arrived on time and in great shape. The installer did a wonderful job of installing my cabinets and made sure everything was just as I had asked. Jennifer stopped by several time (we live close to the office) to check on the job and make sure the installer had everything he needed. She even removed empty boxes and debris with each visit. The job was finished in one day, as promised. <br /> Overall, we are extremely happy with Marsh Kitchens and will used them again when we are ready to reno our bathroom.

They were very professional and they did  a very good job. They gave us schematic drawings and what they were going to do with the cabinets. They worked with us on making any changes on what we wanted done. They wanted to make sure the end product was what we liked. It took about 2 weeks to complete the work and the results are great!

Overall the project went very well.  I served as the General contractor and found  Marsh to be very cooperative in coordinating with the trades to facilitate the job.  Their in depth knowledge of the process proved to be invaluable and I would not hesitate to use them on future projects.

The Marsh people were great to work with, and they sell a quality product.  They also stand behind their products, and resolved several minor problems.  I highly recommend them.

From start to finish Marsh Kitchens did a thorough job of reviewing my existing kitchen - listening to what I needed and then doing a masterful job at making the recommendations to fit those needs and installing a quality product  with a professional, quality installation. I could not have asked for better customer service. I absolutely love my new cabinets, not only from my personal use, but from the value that I know they have added to my home. <br /> <br /> All the people I came in contact with at Marsh were capable and professional.   Jim did a great job at listening to what I wanted - not doing any pushy selling or annoying oversell and making sure that the project went off without a hitch.  He even did a special design to accomodate my one strange request .. design a place for my cat's food dish where it can be away from the dogs and out of sight if I need it to be!  Ok, so I might be a crazy cat lady - but Jim didn't think so!  Instead he designed a solution to fit my needs. <br /> <br /> The product quality is excellent - very sound and solid cabinetry - but they would of been useless without perfect installation by Jeff.  He was very thorough, very respectful of my time & property and did an amazing job in an amazing amount of time.   You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work and he wasn't going to do anything that was 100% correct and accurate.  <br /> <br /> I would highly recommend you work with Marsh on new cabinetry - and while your at it, you should consider hiring  "I on Design" as the general contractor to oversee all your work!   (see my review on I on Design on this site)
