We had a really bad experience with Martha's All Start Cleaning Service. She showed up on-time to do an initial inspection of our home (3500 square feet) to do a quote and begin services. The initial cleaning was $140 (deep cleaning) with a quote of follow-up cleaning services @ $80-$85 every 6 weeks - initial service was good. When we reached out to schedule the next service at the 6 week point, she increased the price back to the deep cleaning price of $140 due to the distance from Cave Spring - we are 10 miles away and her excuse including needing to pay her employees. Why provide an unrealistic quote to start with then? Martha is unprofessional and not someone I will work with again as she set unrealistic expectations to begin with.

Martha and her team have always been very prompt and professional. She visited and quoted us a price the first day I sent her a text. Our house is gradually cleaner and cleaner with each visit. I feel very spoiled and lucky to have found her (a referral from a friend.)

Martha did an excellent job! The job took a little longer than she thought it would, I think, but she stayed until it was properly finished. We will definitely hire her again. She is an extremely professional worker and we were very pleased.

Martha and her crew showed up promptly the week I emailed for a walk through and then scheduled the cleaning for the next week. Martha and her crew were very thorough and efficient. I would highly recommend them!
