The entire process with everyone at Five Star Bath Solutions was phenomenal. Terry came and gave us a quote. He listened to our needs and formulated a great, reasonably priced design for us. After meeting with several companies, we felt so comfortable that we booked the project that day. We were under no pressure to book that day. Joe was a pleasure to work with when we had to schedule and then reschedule our project. He was easy to get in touch with and very responsive to our calls. Our installers, Christian and Reid, were phenomenal. They showed up when scheduled, were very respectful, worked the entire 2 days in the bathroom and did an excellent job building our walk in shower. They cleaned up before they left after day one and finished as scheduled on day two. All in all, this was a great experience and I would not hesitate to use Five Star again - you won't be disappointed! Great find on Angi!

5 Star did a bathroom extension for my house and it turned out amazing! They extended my half bath to a full bathroom. So they had to extend the wall, move the toilet and sink, and had to create a new drain for the shower. They worked clean and were totally professional. Not only that, they were personable as well! Their communication was excellent as well. They let me know what they were doing beforehand and kept me updated on time frames. They worked well with me when I had wanted to change a couple of things and advised of different options. My bathroom looks amazing! Many thanks to Glade, John, and Kent!!!

Joe kept the project moving along, and offered guidance when a historical plumbing drain clog was discovered, and the issue was resolved in a very timely manner. I had a very positive (5 STAR) experience the whole way. Terry and Joe were wonderful guiding me through the initial process of figuring out what was needed and making sure that I was 100% on board with my choices. Josh and Josue Sr. did the physical install and they were informative and very professional and CLEAN! They made sure that everything was covered for the project and before they left for the day, the house was back to the way it was when they entered. This was the first big job that I’ve ever taken on, and I was nervous. But from the first appointment through the finished product, my nerves were settled and I honestly couldn’t be happier! I love my walk in shower, new sinks and toilets!
