To begin, the provider did not show up for the job on time, EVER!!! Every day he gave us a time, and every day we had to call him bc after an hour past the time given, he was not there. Next, he informed us that he had a "reliable crew", but for 2 days on the job, hardly any work was done bc his lack of managerial skills showed, as he never delegated work properly. My wife and I had to stand over him and his crew, and tell them what needed to be done. One day the workers sat in front of my house for an hour, why, I still don't know. Lastly, after all the work was finally completed, we began to clean up, and found scratches on our brand new appliances (totaling $2400). He said that he made a claim with his insurance company, but we have yet to see the check. He keeps giving us the run around about when he will bring it to us. The appliances he damaged cost just as much as the work he did. So, not only did we pay him for a lack luster job, we now have damaged appliances. I would NEVER recommend Sam to anyone who wants a timely and consistent handyman. If I could give him a zero star, I would!!!

They arrived when they said they would. They worked all day and returned the next morning to complete job because they were not happy with the way it looked at the end of the first day.

Sam Martinez did a great job for a fair price. He installed a light fixture, repaired some rotten soffit and did some painting. He exceeded my expectations.

Mr. Martinez did a wonderful job. I wanted to have the cracks in my sheet rock filled and in some places replaced. I can't even tell where the cracks were and replaced. He has even built a door to put in front of my hot water tank to make it look nice.

Everything was done in a timely manner and I was very impressed with his work.

Did an awesome job. Will definitely hire again.
