Job went very well, i was assigned a project manager and daily log of work completed was posted to builder trend website to view progress and status. They stayed on schedule and completed in time estimated. they were prompt to resolve any issues.

The first two days were great! They worked hard and got a lot done. After that it became a running joke how slow or lack of work was getting done. We went to Ken and Chris and they continued to placate us on how difficult our home was. 10 weeks later and after my husband built 8 full houses with his 4 man crew, the house was finally done. The job was good. They do good work but if you want your job done in a timely fashion, this is not the company to hire. There was a lot of checking the weather app while sitting in the truck, standing around smoking cigarettes, and just plain standing around. They do not clean up daily, so expect construction things everywhere the duration of your project. Like I said, final project looks great but I will not be using this company in the future.

It was a great experience. We have done business with a lot of companies and this one was by far one of the best. Ken Martin, Owner, and Chris Lentzke, Vice President were wonderful to deal with. When I called this company, Chris was the person I spoke with and after he came out to price the job, I knew we would do business with this company. We were advised of what would be done, the cost, how long it would take and guaranteed us that when the job was finished we would be happy. He answered any questions or concerns that we might have and when there were problems, Chris came out (I know over 8 times) to make sure that we understood what needed to be done to take care of the situation. How many companies have you done business with where the owner comes out to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction (4 times). Randy & Gary, who did the actual work, were the most conscientious wonderful people we have ever been involved with. They really know their stuff and care about making sure the customer is totally satisfied. When they ran into a problem, we were shown the problem and told what needed to be done to take care of it and then Chris was called, and he came out to advise us of what it would entail to resolve the situation. They always did what they told us they were going to do. Also, they were very prompt and treated us with the utmost respect. The painters this company uses does a good job too. After the job was completed, the owner and Chris came out to do a walk-around to make sure that we were pleased with the work done and we were. As my husband will tell you, I am not an easy person to please (a perfectionist) and have problems trusting companies, since we were taken advantage of by other companies who made promises that were not kept, but this company made me feel at ease and assured me that I would be totally satisfied when the job was completed. The main thing we like about this company, is that they have been in business for a long time, plan to be here and we know if anything goes wrong, they will take care of the problem. You have to trust a company you do business with and it is hard this day and time to find an honest company, but this certainly is one. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done. A wonderful company and a wonderful bunch of people to work with.

This company was AMAZING! Fantastic customer service. Our sales rep, Chris, was like a friend by the end of the project. He kept in contact with us every day to let us know how everything was going,.

The carpentry portion was done pretty well, until you got to the side of the building that was not in direct view. The main issue here was the overall number of butt joints (trying to minimize scrap) and the gaps left between the butted clapboards. Some cedar bucks were repaired and the nail holes were not filled. I rated this portion a "B". Painting was not so good. The painters showed up and sprayed the building with the body color. Then they roller painted the front face of the trim only with the trim color. The trim color should have been carried all the way around the jambs. They didn't even open the doors so all the doors have a stripe along the edge where the door hits the stop and also same on the hinge side. Door bucks were repaired and new wood not painted. I found the company rep who quoted and supervised the job to be uncooperative and argumentative. There are other Hardie recommended contractors in my town and I'll use one of them for my next job.

Prompt response for estimate. Work began on schedule and stayed on budget. Gutters were added as an after thought but no break in service. <br />

Overall project went smoothly. After removing the old siding, various conditions were discovered that needed to be addressed. Ken Martin and his site supervisor, Eddie Rhodes, were very professional and accommodating. All additional work and changes were done at very reasonable prices. <br />
