Martin was a great resource to help us select the items we needed to secure our home. He was also honest about the things that we really did not need. We appreciated his background in law enforcement giving him a different perspective. Later when we needed an adjustment to one of the glass break alarms, I was able to just text Martin and he took care of getting it done. The best part of dealing with Martin is that you don’t have to go through an automated system and get someone different every time. I can call Martin and know he is going to handle our issues.

Martin was the best ADT rep. ever. Very professional and very knowledgeable about what we needed AND he even told us what he didn’t think we needed based on our home. Martin will never over sell you and truly cares about the safety of his clients. I will be recommending Martin to ALL my friends and family!

Well the sale was awesome. The tech that did the install did not have the door lock that I wanted. He told me he would call back and see if I wanted the lock and that he would come and install it, however the tech never called me back.
