Over the course of 2 years, Daniel and his crew did work for us, some good and some inferior due to lack of supervision. Some of the problems were fixed, but not others. Now he has abandoned us. He spends your deposit to finish other customers’ projects, and then he says he can’t come work because he doesn’t have any money to pay his people. He owes us over $16K in prepaid work. Many of our neighbors have had the same problems with him. Stay away.

It was a fairly complex job requiring design-as-you-go and Daniel was flexible, innovative and cooperative in accomplishing an excellent finished product. Additionally, the quality of workmanship was very good – kudos to carpenter Rick, who worked long and diligently and did finish work that I am happy to look at every day. I appreciate Daniel’s commitment to doing the job right and would be happy to work with him again.

Daniel Martin provided service for three large projects. He was always on time, he didn't exceed the agreed upon cost and the project completion was above and beyond what we even expected. We had tried other contractors before working with Daniel-he outperformed, hands down!

My wife and I were completely satisfied with the work that was done and also the time period that it took considering the complexity of the job. Daniel was on the job and guiding the workmen in the most efficient use of their time. Since that time, we have had Daniel and his crew come back to do other minor jobs at both of the houses. He has delivered on all of these jobs in a timely manner.
