We really appreciated Emanuel and his team's responsiveness, willingness, and performance. They were here on time, used high quality product (Sherwin Williams paints) and took incredible care of our home (taking the time to painstakingly cover all surfaces thoroughly before painting so as to protect our floors, etc.) The final product looks really polished, and when Emanuel followed up on the job afterwards to see how everything dried and I mentioned that I found a small area that had dripped, he offered to come back and fix it. Really friendly, thoughtful crew, and quality service all around! Would definitely recommend/use in the future!

Absolutely outstanding employees and work done. Said they'd be here at 7:30 every day and each day they were standing outside ready to start at 7:25. Very accommodating to our needs and concerns. Organized any gear they had to leave daily (3 1/2 days) and removed their trash throughout the day. Extraordinary work ethic; worked very long days to get the job done on time and in perfect order. As they they finished the project, they cleaned up on their way out, so our further cleaning looks to be minimal. Owner, management and staff are extraordinary. They clearly are committed to their work and customers. Cannot say enough about how good they are. <br />

Based on a recommendation, I hired Emanuel Martis to manage a full kitchen remodel, refinishing of our hallway cabinets and banisters, and installation of new wood laminate flooring and baseboards.  He and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish.  We kind of fell into this project due to some water damage that affected our kitchen, so we were short on ideas for design and color concepts.  Not only did Emanuel have great input and direction on this, but he also helped identify suppliers that could give us top quality products for much less than others might charge.  He and his team were also very professional - always on time, polite, conscious of our belongings, and cleaned up after each day of work.  This was a constant through the entire 6 week project.  In addition, the workmanship was top notch.  We've received huge compliments from all our friends and family and couldn't be happier with Martis Concepts. <br />

I have been very pleased with the work Emanuel Martis of Martis Concepts performed for us.  He has done several small projects for us and we intend to use him again.  He is very professional and also creative and comes up with good ideas and suggestions.  We just moved into a new house that needed some updating.  Emanuel's first suggestion was to replace the oak ballusters on the stairway with white square ones.  He did the work for us and it looks great.  His company also repaired some big holes in the drywall that were left behind when we removed some built-in furniture.  The texturing was a perfect match.  They also had to install some baseboards and paint the walls.  Everything this company has done for us looks perfect and they are very good at what they do.  The only negative comment I have is that they are very busy (because they are good) and it can be difficult to get projects scheduled. <br />

Martis Concepts is the best painting company we have ever hired.   Emmanuel Martis, the owner of the business, is a delightful, engaging individual and a perfectionist in his trade.  His assistants are obviously well-trained by him; their work also was first-rate. The attributes of Emmanuel and his employees are what you look for in a contractor.  They arrive on time.  They are friendly, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient for the duration of the work.  Most importantly, they do outstanding work.  The completed job exceeded our expectations, putting a beautiful finishing touch on our home remodel.  If there is such a thing as perfection in painting a home, this company achieved it. The caulking and other prep work was meticulously completed.  Two coats were applied to all painting applications.   Emmanuel took our bare wood mantle-piece to his shop to apply two coats of primer prior to putting on the finish coat.  The end product turned out to be flawless. He also did some touch-up where our previous painters had missed some spots.  He and his crew worked for six days.  Their attention to detail was amazing.  Their price was reasonable in view of the quality and quantity of work involved.  It was a pleasure to have them in our home during that period.  My wife and I highly recommend Martis Concepts to anyone who wants an excellent painter who takes pride in his work. <br />

Martis Concepts was recommended by a friend.  We had Martis Concepts paint our master bedroom suite first.  I wanted to test his work on a smaller project.  Our bedroom has 10 foot ceilings a 15 foot inset in the center.  There is a seatee area that has an entry with columns and built in book shelves that cover one wall.  The woodwork turned out beautiful.  The columns and the bookshelf are like they were done at a factory.  He also painted a contract color on the inset ceiling which turned out perfectly.  The paint job is so impressive.     <br />     Since I was so happy with the master bedroom I contracted Martis to do the rest of the 2013 project.  Downstairs was the living room, den, dining room, entry and spiral staircase.  Twenty foot ceilings with eight inch crown and six inch floor moldings.  Eight doors, two are paned.  Four columns support the stair landing.  The oak spiral staircase was also painted.  The living room fireplace has built in cabinets that open to a wet bar on one side and TV and Stereo cabinet on the other.  Bookshelves flank both sides of those cabinets.  There was an inset mirror above the fireplace.  Martis removed the mirror and retextured the walls adding a tube to thread electrical wiring to the TV which is now mounted over the fireplace.  Also above the fireplace are two large insets that were painted an accent color.  New fans were installed in every room. <br />     Upstairs were three large bedrooms with walk-in closets, built in desks and bookshelves and each bedroom has a bathroom.  All three rooms were painted as well as all of the woodwork.  Bathroom has new granite installed.  Emanual is a perfectionist and without requesting painted the closets walls the color with all of the shelving white.  They turned out so impressive.  Finally, another staircase leading down to the kitchen was also painted including the railing which was originally oak.   <br />     I don't mean to go on and on but I feel a need to outline the complexity of the project.  The cost was very reasonable compared to the amount of work that was required.  Also, we used the highest grade paint and had custom colors created.  The work was excellent.  I am so happy we used Martis Concepts.  One thing that can't go unmentioned, we had a piece of crown molding at the top of the circular wall above the staircase.  The installation was not done properly and it was sagging.  Emanual fixed that and using plaster actually molded over where it was originally pieced together.  It looks like one piece of molding and I can't tell where it was repaired.   Words can't truely explain my pleasure with the job.  We will be remodeling our kitchen next summer and I will certainly ask Martis Conepts to do the work.  I wouldn't think of using anyone else. <br />

I am a Real Estate Investor that has used Martis Concepts for Interior and Exterior Paining exclusively for the past year and a half. I am not your average investor that just slaps carpet and a paint job, to me the finishes are the most important and especially the paint. My company takes a lot of pride in our projects and therefore we must choose the right contractors. <br /> Emanuel prices have always been competitive but the best part is the quality and attention to detail you receive for that price.  I believe that they are the BEST value for painting!   I find that Emanuel is always accessible and quick to respond to questions or concerns.  My properties range from the low $100k's to over a million dollar East Sacramento homes.  Martis Concepts has always approached all of them with the same professionalism and enthusiasm which results in high quality work every time.  Emanuel is very communicative in process and the order of how the job will go.  I trust him to make color decisions for me, however, he never applies the paint until I approve of his selection.  <br /> When selling homes, curb appeal is most important.  Emanuel has helped me draw in the potential buyers by making the outside stand out, in some cases he has turned the ugliest house on the street to the jewel of the neighborhood.  Once the potential buyers enter the home, we only have one chance to make a first impression, Martis Concepts is an integral part of that.  I always receive compliments on how nice and clean the paint job is. <br /> I have viewed several properties that have been painted by their competitors, unfortunately they don't stand up to the quality of Emanuel and his crew. <br /> I know that there are hundreds of choices when in comes to painting contractors in Sacramento, I  hope this review helps people make a decision in choosing the right one, which in my opinion if Martis Concepts. <br />

We had just completed a full renovation of our kitchen and had all new hardwood floors put down in our entire first floor. Painting was the last project.  Emanuel was a delight to work with.  He was extremely detail oriented and professional. He explained everything he was going to do ahead of time. we could not be happier with our experience with martis concepts. emanuel martis responded promptly and when he came to evaluate the project he was extremely thourough in assessing what this job would entail. He and his crew spent four days prepping our home which again made us realize how throurough he is. he also explained to us how important, as the home owner what our responsibility should be annually to maintain the quality of the result. the workmanship is excellent, his bid was reasonable and we intend to have his company do interior painting this winter. i have recommended this company to a number of people and of course we had many inquiries from our neighbors following the completion of the project. <br />

Martis Concepts painted our home on the exterior. Emmanuel was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us determine the right color of paint and color of trim to match wonderfully. Emmanuel and his team were immaculate.  They we're on time every morning and they masked everything so well. At the end of each day they cleaned up after themselves and left everything in such order that my four kids we're able to go and play in the back yard even though I thought that that would not be an option. We are so pleased with the job! They made our home so beautiful!  We highly recommend Martis Concepts to anyone who is looking for a contractor with integrity and an eye for detail. <br /> <br />
