Wow! There are two many great reasons to hire Martz Pressure Washing. However, from my phone call with Nicole for an estimate to Dustin driving away after the job was done it was nothing but a pleasurable experience. Nicole was the nicest representative I've ever spoken with dealing with a company. I was even surprised to get a person when I called - I didn't know what to say, she trew me off, I was stuttering - it was pretty funny. She was so very patient with my many questions as well as my going back and forth asking my mother what she wanted. Most people get inpatient. They didn't even have to come here to see what we wanted done which saved days of waiting for someone to come see the area for an estimate then schedule an appointment; she did it by satelite within seconds and gave us a quote that blew my mind. I asked her when can someone come to see it and she said it's already done. You could imagine my shocked reaction. Our lanai is extremely large and the cost of the surface, frame, and screens inside and out was truly mind blowing. We had someone come that same day I called for an estimate and he wanted to charge us that cost just for the surface and $500 for the frame and screens. Nicole was shocked - couldn't believe it when I told her. She said "we try to do our best with our customers, we know times are hard - we want to take care of them". Then she asked, "is tomorrow morning good? Around 10:00?" Again a shock that we didn't have to wait days, weeks or months; of course we said yes! When Dustin arrived, the owner, he looked at the surface, frame and screens and told us how long it would take to do the job, another shock - an hour and half - which was the approximate time it took to do the job. It was fast yet did a great job! He was so very nice, kind and professional. We told him not too far down the road we will be calling him to come back and do our driveway which is very large as well. He gave us an approximate price which again blew our minds. With that said - any pressure washing you need - DO NOT call anyone else. Martz Pressure Washing is the company to call. Mr Martz was very accommodating in establishing a date and time to complete the pressure washing. Although I could not be there, he told me to inspect the house when I arrived home and to call him with any concerns. While inspecting the house, it was noted the job had been excellently accomplished and a call-back to resolve problems was not necessary. Mr Martz did what I wanted at a more than fair price and did not attempt to sell me services I did not want or need. He is number one on my list for pressure washing services.
