Marvin Jenkins started his career as a teen, when he worked part time doing home remodeling and construction, including plumbing. A few years later, Marvin decided he enjoyed the plumbing aspect of the construction business, and went to work for a local plumbing company in California as an apprentice. Later, Marvin made the move from California to Nevada, and continued in the plumbing industry, doing mostly new construction. He then made the transition from new construction into service and repair. Having found his niche, Marvin moved back to Tennessee, bringing with him over 15 years of plumbing experience. Marvin’s son has decided to follow in his father’s footsteps, and become a plumber. Introducing: Marvin Jenkins and Son Plumbing! Wonderful! Marvin was on time, professional, personable, quickly diagnosed the issue, then completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. When called a return call was received within an hour. Even though work was performed two days after the tornado, arrived when promised. Work was done quickly and professionally. When repairs completed, took time to clean entire area. Fee charged was very reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Left a message and was promptly returned later in the day. He offered to come on Saturday, however it was not an emergency and Monday was just fine. There was no extra charge for Saturday, he just stated he wants to keep his customers happy. Customer service extraordinaire! Came promptly at appointed time, adjusted water pressure regulators. Stated they weren't the highest quality, but no need to change out as they were relatively new. Gave quote for laundry tub and explained how lines were connected in crawlspace. Excellent customer service, no "trip charge", even though had an assistant, did not charge me extra than the hourly rate, knowledgeable, did not try to up sell me and will definitely use in future and refer to others.

Excellent service. I called a few minutes before opening hours and he called right back. He agreed to get to me right after lunch and actually arrived early. He was courteous to my wife and kept her informed of the progress he showed her the leak when he found it and explained what happened and what the repair would be. He fixed it quickly and was very reasonable. We have a new plumber.

Our work required two trips because we did not know the exact model of the Delta plumbing fixtures. Marvin was on time for both visits. He was neat, cleaned up as he went, and didn't waste time. On his first visit Marvin examined a shower drain for leaks. He examined the shower floor then got into the crawl space where he determined there is no leak. Then he examined our faucets and some valves and made a quick check of the pressure regulator which he believed might be bad. He took a reading, then said he'd verify what he thought when he returned with materials for the repair we needed for sure. On his second visit he quickly verified that the regulator was defective by proving water pressure could not be reduced or increased at all. He quickly replaced the regulator and tested it, then repaired a leaky faucet, after which he verified other valves and faucets did not need replaced because the problems were related to the broken regulator. If and when we need additional plumbing work, Marvin Jenkins shall get our call. I recommend Marvin Jenkins Plumbing without reservation.

Mr. Jenkins is a very excellent plumber. I called him at 7:30 am and left message. He called me back about 30 minutes later and told me he could come at 9:30. He arrived at 9:00, 30 minutes before he told me. He went straight to work and was done with all the work within an hour. He was very friendly and he cares about making sure his customers are satisfied. I am looking forward to using him for future work as we are in the middle of a remodel of our home and will need some plumbing work done.
