We had a great experience from the estimate with Micheal to the installation with Ryan and Antonio. The whole process was seamless. Ryan and Antonio removed an old tent-like grill cover and hauled the pieces away. They checked to see if the placement was to our liking before they started. The entire process took 2 hours. Ryan explained all the parts, how to use the remote and care and maintenance. Love the fabric we chose and how much cooler our patio is. We get direct sunlight all afternoon into the evening. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and how it looks.

Miaya, came out to our home on time with a few samples of fabric colors. Miaya, also was able to send me different pictures of each color awning on my home which I really appreciated. The day of installment went so smoothly. I received a text and an estimate time the night before and the morning of installment, I received another text that they were on their way. Great service all around!

The install was quick and they met their promise dates. They kept me informed about when they would arrive. Had one slight problem, contacted sales rep who immediately contacted service. Service promptly called and set up a service date & time that worked for me. Overall, even though had a slight problem , it was quickly rectified. Overall, I still give them a 5 star rating. The costs were very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. We love the retractable awning and highly recommend Marygrove Awning.

Our experience with Marygrove was fantastic from start to finish. We met a Marygrove representative at a home show and he demonstrated their awning and he knew all the details about what he was selling. We liked the quality of the unit and the 10-year warranty. Marygrove is a designed and made in the USA product and that sealed the deal. The sales person who came to our home was also knowledgeable and did not pressure us to buy. $100 secured our awning purchase that was delayed due to home construction projects. Marygrove checked in with occasionally to see if we were ready to have the awning installed and fortunately we were able to pull in the delivery date. The two technicians who installed the awning were on time, polite, and they assured everything was secure and level. We were trained on using the awning and what to do as the seasons changed. Now that the awning is installed, we are pleased that we made the right decision to purchase a high-quality Marygrove awning.

I love the awning. The sales rep was outstanding and Miles and his helper Lucas could not have more professional and sincere when installing. Marygrove’s communication was outstanding. I highly recommend them!

Marygrove installed my awning and did an exceptional job. The day they installed it, the worker cut himself, and the valence had blood all over it. To correct this minor problem, Marygrove replaced not only the valence but the canopy. They wanted to ensure that the lines on the canopy and the valence lined up.

The experience of working with Ryan, Gage, and Luis was wonderful. We are very happy with the product as well as the cost.
