We’re very pleased with the results. Front door is the best feature of the house front. Keith provides the best choices for the front door concerning any weather exposure. Employees showed up on time and did a high quality work. They left the workspace spotless. A few months later we had gutters replaced and capping done. Once again, the crew showed up on time and did high quality work. Keith improved the gutter design on the front and on one of the sides of the house. Old gutters were way too small for the size of the roof and couldn’t handle the amount of rain we’ve been having lately. The new gutters are bigger and handle the amount of rain without overflowing. The price for the projects was very reasonable especially compared to other local businesses.

Very knowledgeable supervisor. He hired excellent workers. They cleaned up well. He explained everything so I could understand it. I have already engaged him for another job. He warned me of possible major costs which might be incurred if the plywood sheathing was de-laminated. But once a full inspection was made, only minor plywood repairs were needed. He is truly a rare find.

I had a leak in my bedroom ceiling. I called and he came out that day even though it was raining. By the end of the day my roof was tarped and once the insurance company approved the claim he had the shingles delivered and the new roof in 3 days. That’s what I call service. Great guy to deal with. Will use again when I replace my sliding glass door.

Keith is a great guy that knows what he is doing. He did not spend 3 hours telling me about windows. Unlike other vendors, he did not say "you must make this purchase today or else..." the estimate he gave has no expiration date (only if the manufacturer changes price). He did not try to over-sell me on the most expensive model, etc. We replaced 2 doors and 11 windows. The pricing is competitive in comparison to the other vendors we looked at. His team came early in the morning and completed the job in 1 day. Overall we received a high quality product, work was done efficiently and price is fair. I highly recommend this company.

Keith was extremely easy to work with. Unlike a lot of places that try to sell windows/doors, he was very low pressure and didn't need to take 3 hours of our time to sell us on the products he offers. He was very straight-forward, professional and personable. Before accepting final payment, he came out to make sure everything was installed correctly and we were happy with the work. Raul and his team who did the actual install did a fantastic job as well. We will definitely go back to them for any other work we may need done in the future.

In all of the work that Keith has done for me over the years, he has stood by the work performed. His sense of design is impeccable. Currently, he is helping me on my front façade (window and door). I can honestly say that if you don't need it, he won't try to get you to buy it. If something is not right to him, he will take care of it. You simply do not have to worry when you hire him to do a job. I wish all contractors would share his work ethic.

They did an excellent job. I had the carpet in my family replaced with hardwood & discovered that the original French Doors had not been properly installed. They were dragging on the wood. Keith's crew removed the doors, squared them, and re-installed. Replaced the trim work around the door inside & out without damaging walls or siding. The doors open & shut beautifully now. The workers did an excellent job cleaning up the area. Would definitely recommend this company.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Maryland Windows Doors Roofs was the third estimate that I got, not being completely confident with either of the other two (both of whom were also highly rated by Angie's List). The Maryland Windows Doors Roofs estimate was in the middle and not more than $1,000 off either of the other two, but when I spoke with Mr. Pearcy I felt like I was talking to someone who knew the work, not the sales rep. He took time to explain the process and answered all my questions. Scheduling was straightforward. The crew showed up on time, protected my numerous shrubs and perennials, got the job done, and did a thorough cleanup. I had a follow-up question and Mr. Pearcy was quick to get back with me. I highly recommend this company.

I had already received an estimate for a similar door from a large company. Then I called Keith Pearcy at MD windows,doors,roofs ltd. He was very professional yet friendly . He was not just a salesperson with a pitch. He has done the work and knows what he is talking about. The price for the door was much less than my first estimate and the product is outstanding! I agreed to his estimate and gave him a deposit. The door had to be manufactured and he said it would take 3-4 wks. He called as soon as the door was ready and the team were able to install it the following day! I am very happy with the team he sent out to install the new door. In less than 2 hours they ripped out the old door, installed the new one which includes framing. They were very nice, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves completely. Keith's prices are very reasonable for the product. This is a quality door which now is wrapped in vinyl trim which matches my siding perfectly, (many colors to choose from). Now there won't be problems with water damage and a poor fitting cheap door which it replaced.

We had a severe hail storm come through that caused significant damage to our home. We called Keith and he came the next day. He was incredibly honest and professional and became more of an adviser than a contractor through the whole insurance process. During the repairs we also encountered a number of lifestyle changes which he easily accommodated. The work of his crew was high quality and they worked efficiently. Keith also closely monitored their work to make sure everything went according to plan and constantly kept us up to date on the progress. It has been a pleasure to work with him. We would easily hire him again and have already recommended him to a number of other friends and neighbors. <br />

Keith and his team were efficient and professional. Keith was very knowledgeable and alerted me to potential unknown costs (ie rotten wood/flashing replacement etc) before the work started. When these issues were found Kieth immediately contacted me and gave me the rundown of my options. After having multiple negative experiences with contractors in the past Keith and his crew were a breath of fresh air.  I will be using Kieth to replace all of my windows in the spring. Highly recommended.  <br /> <br /> <br />

Everyone was very professional.  Keith did a great job explaining the different types of doors and options.  He gave his advice and told us the issues we had with each location and why.  When the team came to install the doors, they were on time and very nice to work with.  All the workers did a great job and my doors are wonderful!  The construction areas were left cleaner than it was before the work started!  I would definitely use them again for a project. <br />

Excellent Keith came over in a timely manner to give me an estimate. My door was special ordered and Keith kept me informed on when to expect the door. He worked really well with my busy schedule. I have a wall unit very close to the door that was installed and Raul didn't blink an eye and removed the unit, installed the door beautifully and put the wall unit back in place. The whole project went very smoothly and the door looks fantastic. I am very pleased. <br />

Keith was very quick to contact me and arrange a walk through. He's a great guy, easy going and is upfront about everything. I very much appreciate his detail oriented manner. Keith also took the time to talk to us about some of the ideas we had about various house projects. Keith's workers arrived early for the work (which is unique in of itself). They cleaned up after themselves. We really love the new door. <br /> As with any installation, there is always gotchas. We had a few but nothing that held up installation and Keith kept us informed completely about what was going on. He's really great about doing that. We have other projects that we will have Keith do in the future, that is how well an impression he mad on us. <br />

We met Keith Pearcy, owner of Maryland Windows Doors Roofs, at the recent Germantown Home Show.  We thought we needed a new roof and wanted to address a water leak that manifested itself at the intersection of an interior wall to an exterior wall. Keith came out to the house and before walking in asked us why we thought we needed a new roof as it looked perfectly fine to him.  Last summer (2013), two other roofers recommended replacing the roof but Keith advised against it as the shingles have a lot of life left in them.  One other roofer, also summer 2013, offered the same assessment as Keith. <br /> <br /> Keith then inspected the interior water damage, climbed onto the roof, and discovered the extensive rotting and splitting of the cedar siding high up on the roof and out of sight, most likely the culprit, and over the garage.  It is worthy to note that the aforementioned roofers failed to mention the rotting siding....at all! We worked out a proposal, negotiated a price and set the work date for the coming weekend as the weather looked promising.  A break in the weather allowed his crew to come in the middle of the week, 3 days before the scheduled date.  <br /> <br /> They arrived early and worked all day to complete the project.  The cleanup was thorough. <br /> All in all a very nice and professional experience.  We really appreciated Keith's assessment of our roof and gained immeasurable confidence in his honesty and professionalism when he recommended AGAINST installing a new roof.

This company did an amazing job to keep my project on track.  When they arrived to do the drywall, it turned out there was additional work to be done before they could proceed.  The had the people to do the work quickly and professionally.  If it had not been for them, the project would have been delayed.  They worked through all kinds of unexpected hurdles.  It amazed me that they were so patient.  Additionally, I was very surprised by how much time and effort they put into the job. <br /> <br />  For example, Sjaunna, Keith, and George were frequently on site, spending long hours to ensure that the job was done well.  Many problems they faced were not typical, and they went out of their way to help us solve them.  They often went out of their way to do things that you would not expect them to do.  For example, when we discovered that we were short one heating grid for radiant heat, the ran all over town to find one.  When we realized we did not have tile niches, they ran everywhere to find one so that the job was kept on schedule.  <br /> <br /> Sjaunna spent an entire day with me to go over several details of my project.  I have never had any contractor spend so much time. It is clear that the company is not just interested in making a profit, they clearly take pride in their work, and it shows.
