(Evidently this page was re-titled MasonGoats Construction, but still read "Watts Masonry" in the "About Us" section at the time I wrote this review. The other reviews here were posted when this was still the page for Watts Masonry. Watts Masonry did the work on my project, so I'm leaving my review here also.) Watts Masonry took my deposit, delayed the project repeatedly, and never provided a refund after I had requested it. Nearly a year later, they never did any work, and still have my deposit.

I hired another company to fix my chimney and they caused more damage. Watts Masonry got back to me right away and was able to make the repairs needed. He started the job with in days, and kept me informed of the progress as the project went on. He was very understanding and worked with me. My chimney now looks great and plan on having Watts Masonry out to do some

From start to finish I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They walked me thru what needed done did the work for a very reasonable price and the work was excellent. Would highly recommend them to anybody.

Their initial measurements were off so the cost was $1,300 more than the estimate. The men left their empty bottles of pop and water in my yard. The wall took way longer to build than they initially said They were suppose to put a drainage system in it and actually didn't so they had to go back and do a half *** drain. Awful don't hire this company

"$700 of the cost increase was waste removal. The wall took longer to build because of weather delays and schedule backups. Yes they forgot to install the drain during the beginning stages but other necessary and proper drainage precautions according to code have been installed. We are in fact not awful and do recommend you hire us."

Overall I was pleased with the work. The cleanup was a bit sloppy but not a major issue. Had to point out a few places that were missed and needed some work done but again not a major issue. I would call on them again for future work but still I will get other estimates. Let's see how everything looks in 5-10 years.

They left us with many repairs and had to hire another company to clean up. The communication was poor and they just showed up without notice to start the project early. They came out for tuck pointing and did not tarp anything so we have mortar spots on the driveway, all over the yard, on the back deck and on the downspouts. We hired another company to clean it up because we did not want them back on the property.

"Typical exaggerated bashing at its finest. The project was fully completed and the team definitely cleaned up after themselves. So not sure what "company" you had clean up after us but we did not leave anything behind that was in need of cleaning besides the cleaning and power washing of the brick (which you opted out of)! We also do not note any "repairs" you were left with, nor have any been brought to our attention."

It was an Amazing experience watching all phases of this project. I was the one HOMEOWNER that Sat around watching to verify work was being done accordingly... Low and behold it was, everything was done and completed in a professional manor. Immpeccable quality work with great craftsmanship. I would highly recommend.

The work done was great! These guys knocked it all out and the price was reasonable. Will definitely hire Watts Masonry again in the future for other brick work that needs to be done.

Outstanding workmanship, great value for the money. There was a problem about clean-up, but it was solved quickly and to my satisfaction. Would recommend their service to anyone.
