Terrible . Was big mistake to hire this company. Called him to fix my washer. Took 300$ to change motherboard on my washer, and it?s didn?t help. Mason says he changed the motherboard and that?s all he can do , now I can turn it on and see lights , but the purpose of washing machine is to wash the close , not just turn on and show messages NO H2O supply. Use someone else if you need to fix something not just waste you money

"Hello nick, we?re sorry you?re not satisfied with the repair that was done correctly. The initial repair was for a new control board and the machine did run a full cycle without any further issues while the techs were on site. We offered to come back and check our work and see what other issues there is. You decided not to go this route. If the control board fails we still hold to our 1 year warranty."

I recently used this company for washer repairs, and I was quite disappointed. Mason arrived the next day and conducted a diagnostic, which led to the ordering of a new motherboard. Unfortunately, after installing it a week later, the washer still wasn't functioning properly. Mason admitted he was unsure of the issue and suggested I call someone else. So, I ended up out of money and out of washer. Not how good business works.

"The repair that was needed on the clients washer was a control board, I was able to replace the board and the machine turned back on and was working correctly. We ran the machine through a cycle with no error codes present. Unfortunately the next day there was a different issue from the original problem. We offered to come back but were turned away. The client refused to listen that it was a different issue. Regardless the initial problem was resolved."

He was quick, responsive and super helpful. He called me back on Sunday when I submitted my request, diagnosed the problem on Monday, helped me pick a dishwasher and installed on Thursday. Would definitely hire again!

Mason was fantastic! Very professional, friendly, and polite. He was very informative about my problem and how to fix it. When he came back with the new part he pit it in and cleaned up where he had worked. He even went out of his way to help me with another problem I was having.
