Maso was AWESOME! During the sales part of the process, my rep told me that once the start date came, they would be at my house every day until the job was done. I had heard from enough friends about their contractors and their hurricane repair horror stories to discount that guarantee completely. Much to my amazement, it was absolutely true! The team was professional, friendly, and skilled. They had the right people at my home every day to move things along. I could barely keep up with them supplying decisions and materials! They did extra work, but found ways to keep my costs at or below insurance reimbursements. Would I hire them again? YOU BET I WOULD!!!

Maso Restoration stepped in after Hurricane Michael, CAT5 Hurricane, devastated our home in Lynn Haven, Fl. Thomas Piermattei, owner, and his team were on the job 4 days after I contacted him. They have stayed with us through mold mitigation and restoration of our home. Thomas and his team are thorough, clean, professional and most of all caring. Thomas takes a genuine interest in his clients and has gone above and beyond to make sure our home is safe and in better shape than before the storm. As a result, we have formed a lasting friendship with Thomas and his team. Thomas has worked diligently with our Insurance Company taking the pressure and stress off of us as we were overwhelmed with the aftermath and scope the storm's devastation. Maso Restoration has literally been an answer to prayer. We are forever grateful.

Maso did the post hurricane Michael work inside our home to include remediation for mold and water damage. They took care of the insulation, sheet-rock, painting, installing new doors and trim work, and a few other odds and ends. Their pricing was considerably better than other proposals and we are more than pleased with the quality of their work. Thomas and his entire team is a pleasure to work with. We are very confident that you will be pleased as well. Should we ever need this type of service again my first call will be to Maso.

There is truly not enough that I can say about Tom and his wonderful team. They were a literal blessing to us during our flood. Very punctual, professional, helpful and honest. Excellent company Excellent service

I contacted several companies to get estimates for mold remediation and found the price I got here to be the best. Additionally, they were able to do the rebuild as well, saving me time and the aggravation of having to hire an additional contractor. These guys went above and beyond to do the job and do it well. I'm very appreciative of their efforts and would definitely hire them again.

We first made a appointment with Serve pro (the biggest company) but after not showing up to 2 appointments we found Maso restoration. They showed up the nex day (Tuesday) and had it completely remediated by the weekend. They did a excellent job, not only with the work but communicating the whole time. Showing me what and why they did things. Not sure how they ripped out a whole bathroom without getting dust anywhere. Very professional, and showed up on time every day. Everything they promised was completed to the highest standard. We highly rececomend Maso restoration if you need anything done when it comes to mold.

I found Maso to be a great resource for Contracting work completed on my home. I got the opportunity to meet the owner Tommy who was very knowledgeable and professional. I had also recieved other bids - most were higher and I might have gone that way until he made some recomendations that not only fixed the issues but also will keep this from happening again. I have worked with other companies in the past on previous homes but this was one of the best experiences I have had. Job was 3 days start to finish with a good crew and attention to detail. We spend most of out time in the kitchen and living room and wanted it done right. My wife was so pleased and that was a big deal to me. I will definitley recommend there services to my family and friends.

Showed up for the inspection on time, showed me where the water damage occurred, and took an air sample to see if mold was present in home. As promised, the results were back the next day. They explained to me the type of mold we had in the home and what they would do to get rid of it. They made sure I understood everything they were going to do. The work started the following week. Their work was clean and neat. I would definitely use them again if I had a water or mold problem.

Got their number from a neighbor . Needed emergency work after the hurricane - wound up having mold as well from all the water intrusion . Was very concerned because of my small children- they were GREAT! Could not say enough good things about them... would definitely hire again.

While having some basic work done around my home, a worker discovered some mold behind a section of base-board. On a recommendation from a friend, I contacted Maso Restoration and made an appointment with them for the next day, Upon arrival they immediately set to work on finding the source of water. Within days they had figured out the leak, had it fixed, and removed all the mold and contaminated material. They were clean, neat, professional, and treated us and our home with respect. We literally couldn't have asked for anything more. I have referred many friends to them since then and so far- not a single complaint.
