I was impressed. They came for an estimate quickly and were prompt. The price they gave us was competitive. The work was professional and the shower looks great - no delays. And, to add to the above all 3 men that were here (Vinny, Roberto and Michael) were personable and easy to work with.

Excellent. Massaro said it would be better for me to buy the tile I wanted as it would be cheaper and that way the customer can choose exactly what they want. He made measurements and told me how much tile to get and assisted me along the way regarding different options. His son and another worker laid the tile down beautifully and kept me informed throughout the project of any hiccups along the way. Very happy with the results.

We used these folks to update three bathrooms. The price was reasonable. The job involved removing old tile and installing new tile. They did the job with good speed, were neat, and the results were outstanding. I highly recommend them.

We could not recommend Massaro's tiling services enough. They did an amazing job tiling a bathroom that we were remodeling. They were on time everyday, worked cleanly, completed as scheduled, and most importantly did a fantastic professional installation. The tile we chose for the walls is a 3-D tile that required a lot of precision and detail and did installed it perfectly. We recommended their services to friends who also used them for their bathrooms and those came out perfectly as well. We will hire them again anytime we need tile work.

Very well. The old grout was removed and the new sealant was very well applied. After a few days the grout shrunk a bit into the deep gaps in the old tile and Massaro came back at my request for a second application at no charge. Nice. Very clean work and courteous worker too.

Vinnie is the best! I asked him to clean grout in bathroom and he was so honest... saying I would not get results. He could have taken our money as we were willing to try, but he's too ethical to do that. Then he regrouted and re-caulked kitchen and another bathroom. Perfect job. Immaculate clean up. Punctual to the minute. Very fair price. A gem. Will use him and recommend him again and again.

Vinny and his son along with there employees were awesome in every aspect of the job. Were there when they said and were very honest and most of all did great work.

He gave me an estimate, came a couple of days later, did the job efficiently and took care of a problem I have not addressed for a couple of years. What a relief. I would not hesitate to call on him again.

He returned calls promptly, came out to see the job and give us a quote within a day of first contacting him and did a fantastic job. He and his crew were professional, near and the completed job looks fantastic. We would highly recommend him and will use him again for future projects.

Vinny and his crew were excellent!  They were punctual, responsive, and most importantly CLEAN!!  You would never know extensive tile work was being done in the house, there was no dust anywhere! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and in fact had them give us a price for more jobs while they were there.  Vinny deserves an A+++ rating in our book and I recommend them highly. <br />

Vinny promptly answered my inquiry call, went over to my house the same day to do an estimate and started the work the next morning. He accurately estimated how much tile and supplies I would need to have on hand. He is reasonably priced and did the work himself. He pulled out my old fixtures and tiled my bathroom walls with a mesh mosaic tile and even created beautiful borders of the same size tile on the top and bottom of the wall for a finished look. He did the grouting on the second morning, and called me as soon as the work was finished. It is an absolutely beautiful job and I am extremely pleased with it. Everything was cleaned up after and left ready for new fixtures to be installed. I would call him again for any tile work in the future. I've already recommended him to a coworker who needs kitchen work done, with complete confidence.  <br />

The whole project from beginning to end was amazing because Vinny made it seem so easy. He was easy going, very clean and thorough. I changed my mind a couple of times but it didn't matter to him.

<p>I called Vinny on a Friday morning and he was able to come by the house that afternoon to see the space and take measurements for the work.  He called me the following Monday to provide an estimate.  He was able to start the work the following Monday and finished by Wednesday at noon.  Our experience has been amazing and would definitely use Vinny Massaro again to do work in our house.  He was prompt, professional, responsive and the workmanship was great. We also feel that the price was fair.  We would recommend him to anyone who needs tiling done in their house. We will be calling Vinny again for future work in our house.</p> <br />
