"M.A.S.S Cleaning Services LLC understands how difficult renovations can be. We try our best to accommodate our clients, especially during an on going renovation. We can adapt to working with other’s in the space we are cleaning, however once work is being done in an area that is being cleaned, accountability becomes difficult. It was brought to our attention that additional workers would be arriving to the home the following day, and we wanted to be sure we wasn’t in the [Member Information Removed] of the work being done in your home. We tried our best to perform our duties, Members of my team even chipped in to move furniture around, we like to go above and beyond for our clients. I do apologize for any inconvenience caused."

M.A.S.S. was AMAZING! Went above and beyond to help me get my house cleaned. I couldn't have asked for anyone kinder, more thoughtful, or more thorough!
