My experience with Mass Garage Doors Expert was fantastic! The owner, Ronen, came to my home and he fixed my garage door quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond by helping me program the garage door opener which is built into my car. Great company!

When I went to leave the house in the morning, the garage door opened 1/4 of the way and got stuck. I wasn't entirely sure why but couldn't get the door open or closed. I called Ronen and he was able to come out the same day - he figured out the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes at a reasonable price. He was very professional, answered all of my questions, and left me with a working door again. I will definitely use him again if I have any problems with my garage doors.

Mass Garage Door came within two hours. (Another firm called back after two days.) He fixed the problem quickly and inexpensively. Notably, he did not try to upsell me. This was a sharp contrast with Morris Doors, which in 2016 told me I needed to replace, very expensively, the big springs and the door itself. My garage door has worked just fine without the Morris Door repairs. In contrast Mass Garage Doors is honest, punctual and fairly priced.

Our garage door is opening much better. We called first for a service call, and when the technician came out, he found that the old garage door opener was broken, so they refunded most of the service call fee. We bought a new opener and scheduled installation. There were some hiccups in the installation of the new garage door opener (pulley on track needed to be replaced, and new garage door opener didn't quite reach outlet), which I thought could have been anticipated, since we'd had them out to look first. I think we they provided good service, and seem to have done a good job, but wish they'd made us aware of added work when they looked at door originally.

I have used Ronin before so I called him again and fortunately he was able to come to my home and fix the problem on the same day. He assessed the problem, informed me of the cost, and installed a new cable and springs. He finished everything within an hour. I give him an excellent rating for the three "Ps" (Personable, Professional, and Prompt ) and the fourth P "Price"was reasonable. I will definitely call him again if I need assistance with anything related to my garage doors.

I selected Mass Garage Door Expert after contacting several other companies who were booked for several weeks. Mass Garage Door had open appointments two days out. The installer arrived on time, and was able to make the repair on the spot. He also provided me some useful information about the condition of my equipment and possible improvements. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Excellent service experience. Called on Saturday and scheduled an appointment on Monday (to fit my schedule). Walked through the scheduling process and paid for the labor on-Mass Garage Doors Expert's website. Technician called to give an estimate of arrival time - and arrived about 30 minutes early. Repair took about 30 minutes to replace both springs. Technician was very competent and professional. Will definitely call them again the next time I need a garage door serviced.

I would definitely recommend this company for garage door work. Ronen, the man who came to fix it was very precise and exacting in what he wanted for an outcome of the repair. He wanted it done perfectly so that when the garage door opened or closed it was completely aligned, largely silent in its movement, and when it reached the bottom there wasn't a hint of sunlight coming in from the ground. He knows his craft very well and was enjoyable to deal with as a person. I would definitely call him again for any future work.

The door was very difficult to open and close (manual door). Ronen adjusted it quickly and it works very well now. He was going to lubricate it also but did not have any lubricant, which surprised me. The price was high for the ten minutes of work, but what he did he did well.

Owner and his assistant reprogrammed the code and replaced a spring. They were professional and worked quickly, not particularly friendly to questions or explanations. I had purchased a $150 coupon that I assumed would cover the cost of this small job, but ended up paying an additional $130.
