Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
I hired Mass and Mass to do some minor repairs on a roof. They gave a well considered and fairly priced quote. Wilson was excellent in the follow up as well and some added material that was needed was chanrged at cost. They came promptly and did the work well (with pictures of work) and efficiently. Highly recommend them!

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
They got here at 4:30PM after doing another job. Tore off the old roof of the shed and awning. Replaced the plywood on the awning. Worked until dark and came back at 8:30 AM the next morning and finished the job. Cleaned up everything including all the nails. They used a different roofing material on the awning because it didn't have much slope so we'll see how that works. They were super polite and nice. I would definitely use them again.

If you're looking for roofers, you can stop your search--Mass & Mass is who you need to call. Wilson & company were fast, efficient, and friendly. His crew arrived in the morning, and completed what would have taken me 8 days, 14 frantic phone calls to friends/family, and a 12 pack of Rainier in only 12 hours. I got texts from my neighbors saying the roofers were working fast, and hard. I returned home that night to a completely new roof. I used to have the worst house in the neighborhood, with an extremely obvious ugly roof visible from the road. Now, I have the newest, best looking roof on my street. The bottom line is this: Wilson answered all my questions, communicated promptly, and provided a level of customer service that is seldom seen in the modern era. This is who you need to call for all your roofing needs.

We hired Mass & Mass LLC to paint the entire exterior of a four story condominium building in West Seattle. They did a fantastic job on the project and the building looks almost like new. There were several difficult situations because of our building's close proximity to a building next door. The painting crew was very professional, efficient, skillful and responsive. They cleaned up the site very well every day. I highly recommend Mass & Mass and would definitely use them again. Several years ago, we hired them to put a new roof on this same building and they did an excellent job on that too.

I spoke with three different companies that HomeAdvisor recommended. All seemed excellent but it was Mass and Mass who came immediately to the house and gave us a fair estimate on the spot. Repairs were executed the very next day so my complete satisfaction, One gutter issue took a few days longer to resolve because they had to chase down some hard to get parts, They came by and installed it without even bothering us with a phone call. Five stars across the board. Nice people and excellent work. Now my go-to company for any future roof work!
