MasterCraft Garage Door Service LLC

We had an emergency because our spring broke with our cart inside the garage. The responded immediately, came out the next morning as promised at 8am. Service man Eric was very cordial, introduced himself and was immediately able to diagnose that the spring had broken. He was in and out within a matter of 45 minutes. Great service and response. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

My wife and I were interested in getting new garage doors (wood-look metal) and contacted Mastercraft a company that we had used before. Nigel came to our home and brought brochures showing samples of various garage doors. He took measurements of the garage bays, fully explained the pros and cons of various door types, construction, etc. and recommended that we go to a local manufacturer to view samples. Ultimately, after reviewing some samples and deciding which door type we wanted we contacted Nigel and he provided us with a written estimate and an approximate date that the installation could occur. We accepted the estimate for the doors and added a new garage door opener as well. A couple of weeks later, the new garage doors and new opener were delivered and installed exactly as promised. Nigel did the installation along with Jordan. The work was completed in about 6 hours and our garage and driveway area were cleaned of any work debris, boxes, etc. Nigel carefully explained the operation of our new doors, opener, remote control etc. We tested the doors several times and they were installed flawlessly. Their work was truly and example of skill and professionalism at its finest. Mastercraft is obviously a well-run and highly rated full service garage door company. We recommend this company without reservation and will use them again in the future.

In under 2 hours the garage door was fixed. Amazing. Eric was very professional and efficient. I’d recommend and hire again. I’m actually surprised how painless this was!

Showed up, on time, dressed to play. Did the work. Explained as he went. Was workmanlike and helpful with suggestions on how to maintain. Good work.

Technicians arrived promptly same day and quickly had door functioning again, and quieter than previously.

Really impressed to find a company with such excellent customer service. They were able to direct me to the best product for the money and gave me a very competitive price. The crew that did the installation of the new door and opener did a wonderful job. My new garage door looks great, is high quality and came with a warranty. The Installation tech went the extra mile and got my car synced to open the door with the new opener. I had contacted three companies and am very glad that I went with MasterCraft.

Price quoted initially was $100 less than it ended up.

Problem was diagnosed and repair was done quickly and satisfactorily

We had the entire garage door replaced. I am very pleased with this company. The team was very professional. They offered a fair price compared to the competition. They worked around my schedule. They came when promised. They cleaned up after the installation was complete and took the old door away. I highly recommend this company.
