Great! The estimate was detailed and right where I thought it might be. Mike and Amede were on-time, professional and totally great to work with. The work was done quickly and everything looks great. I hope to never have to deal with mold or water damage again, but if I do, I'm definitely calling them.

Donnie came out to look over the job and give us a price. He was on time professional, knowledgable, and sincere - my husband and I both felt very comfortable with him. He sent a written quote via email latter that day as promised. When we finally had most things out of the basement we called him back. He came out again, we added a few things to the original plan. He was reassuring that he could start on our desired date and that we would be happy with his workers. They came on our desired day to start. We were skeptical but hopeful. By the end of the first day we were thrilled with all the workers! No way we could have hoped for better. Norma the team leader was unbelievable working alongside  the men with suits and masks in hot summer weather. They were prompt everyday and worked hard and quickly and were neat and clean.  Everything was just right when they left. I highly recommend MasterCat if you need mold remediation and want your property treated like it was theirs.

It went very well and they were timely.  It is important to work with Donnie and his team as a team member providing regular communication about the job but ultimately they were wonderful by comparison to our last two general contractors--one stole my gold ring and necklace and created more work while the other never fully finished the job and ended up going bankrupt leaving us with lots of remaining work and no money to do it.

Donnie and his team are excellent. They did a fantastic job fixing everything on time and at a very fair price. They were incredibly professional and went above and beyond the call of duty. We inherited a house with a mold problem and we were trying to get it ready to sell asap. Donny returned our call right away and scheduled an appointment within a few days. Donny inspected the areas of concern and provided an action plan on the spot including the number of days it would take. He answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly. We were so relieved when he said he could start the next day! We received the written estimate a few hours later and decided to go ahead with the work the next week. Donny said he was confident he would end up charging less than the estimate but would not be sure until they started working. In fact, the final invoice ended up being $1500 less! How often does that happen? The crew was on time,polite and professional. They were extremely careful not to damage anything and cleaned up better than any cleaning crew we have ever had! They made an unpleasant and stressful situation seem like a piece of cake. We are still talking about how easy and fast it went. Dealing with mold is a very emotional issue, but Donny and his team made it almost stress free. They also helped us coordinate the duct cleaning so it was done right. We can't say enough how happy we are with the results -- and the work comes with a guarantee that can be transferred to the new owners! If you have mold, you need Mastercat!! <br />

We has a sewer back up in the basement late Thursday night.  Dirty water was everywhere. <br /> Donny came to my home Friday afternoon and looked at the basement to determine what was needed.  He told me he could have a team at my home to do the clean up the very next morning.  The three person team came over Saturday morning as planned and went to work.One member of the team worked with me to save as much of our belongings as possible, while the others worked on decontaminating the basement.  They were very helpful, patient and professional.  They worked diligently all day.  They came back on Monday morning to remove the damaged drywall and set up the huge dehumidifier and fan the fully dry the basement.  They came back this morning to check that everything was fully dry and take back their equipment.   <br /> <br /> My basement went from a disaster area that stunk to being super clean and smelling very good!

Service performed was outstanding. Donny provided quotes over the phone. We agreed to pricing. Technician came out and was very polite and meticulous ensuring everywhere in the attic was covered and cleaned for the mold remediation. Technician shared all details of what he was going to do. And he was very proud of his work! He asked me to go in the attic and check what he did and gave me the details of his work. Took approx 8 hours. Donny briefly came to job site to oversee work and make sure we were satisfied. The following day same technician came to install vapor Barrier in crawl. And a 3rd party company also came out to test the mold remediation work they had done the day prior. He graded them 99.9% and said they did an outstanding job (there was a VERY small 6"x6" area missed). The vapor barrier now being installed took approx 9 hours as crawl is only about 2-2 1/2 feet tall. Again Donny came out to ensure technicians job is being done satisfactorily as well as confirm we as clients were pleased with how the job is being done. When the technician finished, he used his personal cell phone to show us photos of the job he had completed. He gain was a VERY proud man of his work!!!! We should all learn from his work ethic. Then he went back into the attic to fix the small area of mold remediation that was missed the day prior. Would use them again 1000%. The only thing that did not go as planned was the first crew that was suppose to be there at 800am had a problem with their truck so Donny dispatched a second and single technical which, as mentioned above, we were VERY pleased with!!!!! So it was maybe a 60-90 min late start. But the results fantastic!

When I called the company they came out the same day.  After accessing the situation they moved all of the furniture and games from the affected room.  After removing the wet carpeting the crew washed and sanitized the floor and set huge fans around the room.  They came back a day later to check that everything was dry.  It was an excellent job and we were most relieved that we had no mold developing.  Hope we don't have anymore flooding but if we do we'd be sure to call "The Master Cats".

They're very flexible to meet on my schedule and helped me cope with it.  It was all very good.  It was all very clean and they're very professional.

Very accommodating, made sure to be available on my timeline. Responsive and provided me with an estimate when I needed it.

He was fine.  I decided not to go ahead with the testing based on what he told me.  He was straightforward and was honest and provided all the relevant information including possible costs.

The service went well, they were good. The first time we used him, he came out thorough and nice. He turned around the samples pretty quickly for us. We used them again later, and the second time was fine, and it took a little long for us to get the results, but we weren't in a hurry, so it was fine. There wasn't anything bad, but there wasn't anything memorable either.
