We take the extra step in each project to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied. That is why we give every customer a FULL 10 year labor warranty on every roof we build. While all other roofing companies only provide a 2-5 year warranty, we are confident in our workmanship and will stand behind our work. We provide free roof inspections and give free estimates. The majority of the cost was covered by my homeowners insurance.  Very knowledgeable about the products available to me.  The roofing was done quickly and the quality was excellent.  They did both my house and <br /> the garage.  They swept the ground for nails constantly to make sure my <br /> car tires and my pets were safe from harm.  John Harvey was a wonderful guy and <br /> had a great attitude.  I definitely recommend them! <br />

I had called and explained what was going on. Stated would have someone come by same day if possible or the next day for sure. Had call that same day saying could be here same day. Was fixed quickly and even helped out a neighbor that had been looking for some roof help. Very friendly and helpful. Would call again for another repair.

They came out and examined the roof and contacted my insurance company for an insurance appraiser to examine it as well. The main problem was shingles that had blown off. There was not enough hail damage or other damage to replace roof. My deductible was greater than the cost to repair. John, from MasterCraft Roofing and Construction was very helpful and always explained any details about the process and about the repair that I asked. I would recommend them to anyone for great custormer service and excellent workmanship. <br />

Everything went GREAT and exactly like Larry and Beth explained it would.  They met with the insurance adjuster, they were on site when the roof was actually replaced and they came by afterwards to  insure that I was happy. <br /> I would definitely recommend Mastercraft to my friends and family. <br /> Job well done!
