They did a great job. We even had them remove carpet from one room and lay some new wood to what we had existing. They were able to sand and stain everything. It all matches and you would never know that we added to it. Great job

How did it go? Only two words. Absolutely amazing! Micheal and his team truly brought my vision to life not only in quality of work but also at a reasonable rate. My project was a bit unusual- putting laminate flooring onto a wall in order to create an accent wall in our son’s nursery. I must say- I began doubting my dream to create a wall such like this after getting the run around from many other companies- one telling me because I didn’t buy laminate through them they were not touching the project (although me providing the tools I felt it would be helpful), another telling me it’s flat out unheard of to put laminate flooring on the wall (even though I’ve seen it), a third flat out not getting back to me after we had talked, and countless of unanswered emails and voicemails I had left. Maybe my idea I had was a bad one? That was until I contacted Master Floors & More. I remember the very first thing I said (after the experiences I’ve been having) was “I have a weird project for you- let me know if you even do this sort of thing.” And they said yes! After making it through that hurdle I knew I had to ask for the price- getting ready to be disappointed - and after I got Michael the measurements, photos of the wall in question, he gave me a quote that didn’t break the bank! Which was very important since due to my husband’s work schedule/ me no longer working due to health issues- we didn’t start on the nursery til the end of month 7/ beginning month 8 of my pregnancy! I wish I could attach photos of the work that was done! After the wall was completed I would just take little peeks into the room whenever I was walking by finally assured what I was asking for wasn’t too much and it not only was possible but was done way beyond my expectations! I had my dream wall within just a couple of hours! I can’t wait to find out more about the “& More” part because after working with this team- I will be using them exclusively here on out!

They were the first to respond to my requests for quotes and scheduled a visit within a few days. I was given a verbal quote on the spot and later received it in writing. This was very helpful since I had no idea what it cost to refinish floors. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost and only wish I would have done it a long time ago. It was a two day process and the floors turned out great! We will definitely have Mike and his team back out for the other rooms!

First off, I would like to say that I love my new floors. Michael and his team did a great job with them. They were also very responsive on emails and texts in the beginning of the process. They even picked up all my materials with no extra charge. However, why am I leaving a rating of Fair. Well, after the project was done and all money was exchanged and we parted ways, I started noticing some things. My bathroom door doesnt close because the threshold wasnt installed correctly. The molding around my bathroom door looks destroyed (like it was taken off and put back on really fast). There is a small hole in my wall. A chip in the laminate. All of the above could be fixed. I contacted Michael the weekend after the project was finished about these things and he said he would be back. Unfortunately, months later, multiple lost texts later and no response, my issues are still not resolved. Again, I love the floors and overall things went great, but the craftmanship around the details and the followup simply wasnt there.

Michael worked around our schedule. Given the pandemic and social distancing, he was flexible. Results of the job were excellent. Would highly recommend.

Michael and his team did an excellent job, and it was a pleasure working with Master Floors & More throughout the entire process. The team updated the entire first floor of our house, which included removing old flooring, installing new hardwood, and refinishing the entire floor to blend seamlessly together. Michael and the team at Master Floors & More were personable and helpful; their work, top notch.

We hired Mike after another’s contractor would not show up to finish the job. He showed us the deficiencies in the other contractor’s work and gave us an estimate to correct and finish the flooring installation. We noticed an improved difference between the flooring he installed compared to the previous contractor. Since we needed immediate help he was able to work us in around other jobs that he had scheduled. Mike demonstrated a high level of professionalism while interacting with myself and my family. He finished the job when he said he would and we could not be happier. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mike came the same day. He was friendly. He got right on the project. He replace two wood planks. he stained it, I honestly could barely tell the difference.it looked like it never happened.

Michael was terrific. This was an unexpected emergency repair and I couldn't be happier with the service. I got a response within 24 hours of my request for a quote. He arrived on-time, was courteous and professional and was able to make the repairs needed on the spot, and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Master Floors and More.
