I called Elizabeth about a detailed house-cleaning for my 320 sq ft cabin. I spoke to her three times telling her my needs which was detailed cleaning as that was construction. I requested for walls and ceilings where reachable, corners, window ledges and anything else that was dusty. I gave them the keycode to enter the cabin without me being there. They called me 9am saying they were on their way and by 10:45am, said they were done. I was surprised how quick they were. Elizabeth said it was three of them and it was a smaller space than expected. When I arrived at cabin Friday night, I found the bathroom light and fan had been on for 3 days, since they cleaned that wednesday. I find all the walls had still saw dust, reachable corners and walls with cobwebs, corners, floor under cabinets still dirty, the shower ledge that i really needed to be cleaned, completely skipped. They basically came in and did the cleaning i could have done myself which is mopping the floor, cleaned shower and sink...What i stressed to them was a detailed construction clean that was not done. I sent her pictures, even a message and requested for a call back otherwise i would leave a negative review. She never returned my call to address the issue and avoided calling me back. It has been three days since I left her a message and i still have not heard back. So here is my review.....very unprofessional and irresponsible.

Elizabeth was wonderful. Very professional but still very personable. My apartment was extremely messy and dirty when they arrived. My apartment now looks brand new. Excellent job. I would highly recommend this business to everyone. Thank you Elizabeth so much for making my apartment look new again

It was great. They were very honest, on time, no hidden charges and they have great teamwork. They have a fair price, it was really nice to hire them as a worker and I am very happy and I will hire them again.
