"Clients issue was and is he did not want to pay for his PERMIT COST. All work quoted and performed is PLUS PERMIT COST & Fees. All this is stated in CONTRACT, and proposal, plus permit COST. We can’t , and won’t pay for Permit cost since all Cities have different permit cost. The cost is only determined after the permit is issues and payed for. Client also enlargened the size of driveway to a larger size than what city approved, after the City inspected driveway, and would not understand that what the City approved is what can be done. VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH CLIENT due to the fact that they were reluctant to pay for Building Permit, and would not accept the fact that once a Permit is issued one has to abide by the Survey approved. We did however all within our reach to accommodate client."

"While we do regret the situation has occurred to our client,we strongly believe that the cleaning products that should not have been used on this surface as explained to client, were in deed used on this floor. We also do believe that vehicles were parked prematurely of this area, and other items were set on this floor before the curing process took place as we explained to our client when the work was completed. We have also been out to the job site repeatedly to correct this problem, and the weather has not allowed the work to be re-done. We did explain to our client that when the weather eases up, and the humidity goes away, this will be addressed again.We have been out to this job site at minimum 8-10 times,and we respond and answer all phone calls and concerns.We have also once again explained to client to cease and desist cleaning surface with harsh chemicals. We take pride in our work, and we address or issues as this and others when they become evident. When Concrete is installed , or Eurotile is applied to existing surfaces as this, there is a curing time that needs to elapse before anything is placed on the surfaces, and or vehicles parked on top of that."

"We are TERRiBLY SORRY customer neglected his due diligence, but Customer had sprinkler PVC pipes out place ,not dug in 24' as required by code, they were on the surface.We ask client many times to make sure the sprinkler PVC pipes were out of site to make sure they were not cut during the procedure and we were ASSURED BY CUSTOMER that he had taken care of this issue with his SPRINKLER SYSTEM. We don't do sprinkler work, we don't charge for sprinkler work, and we are not responsible for prior sprinkles instaled at the property before our arrival.We will point out to client what needs to be done, but it is the responsibility of Customer to deal with the sprinkler system, and make sure all modifications are made before the concrete is poured."

"We are sorry this customer feels in this manner. We bend over backwards to please them, we change the color of the driveway three different times as they cannot agree to it. We went back to the property more than seven times in total, and every time they had a different issue, and a different concern. We strive for customer satisfaction, but some customers are beyond reasonable and even to the point of abusive."
