Storm Door Repair
I hired him to fix crack in frame of door, He took the door off and took the glass out before re-installing, dropped the glass, and put two large scratches in the glass. He told me he would replace the glass and that has been since Aug 15th. I have called him multi times he told me he purchased the new glass but he needs to find where it is at. I called Pella and they told me they could not find the order anywhere in their systems. On 11-15 I called him and he told me he can not do anymore.

"Unlike companies that refuse to honor warranties, we honored the warranty and replaced the damaged window. Pella finally found order and replaced the damaged part. The customer, while inconvenienced (for which we apologized) received the replacement parts and it cost him nothing. We stand by our reputation and our hundreds of reviews. We are not perfect, but we are honest. Having been with HomeAdvisor almost 13 years and having racked up 400 reviews, we average 4.75/5 stars. Not because we are the cheapest. But because we are honest, straight shooters and we value ALL our customers."

I am beyond pleased with the service that I received from Master Key Systems America for my door issues today. Dan is professional, knowledgeable, and very comfortable to work with. He showed up on time as promised. My door ended up requiring non-standard parts, and he went out of his way to go get the correct items and finish the job the same day. He fixed it right the first time (everything works perfectly now), did so at a reasonable price, and was really conscientious about not damaging the floors or anything around him while he worked. He left everything clean when he was done. I highly recommend Master Key Systems!

Danny called me ASAP regarding a exterior door that would not lock and was upfront with the pricing. Scheduled on the next business day and was on time. While here, he fixed 3 other doors having small issues and gave recommendations on ones needing new locks. Will definitely call them back for future needs and highly recommend.

Danny did quality work. Was very professional and down to earth. I will rate him 5 stars for the value for the money but do not think a service charge should be charged if hired to do job.

"We appreciate the feedback. Typically, service providers apply a service charge/trip charge to call outs, all over the world. The providers that don't, often increase their labor rates and hide the service charge within. If the customer would be happy to pay higher labor fees while having no service/trip/callout fees, I'm sure everyone would do it and the customer would often pay significantly more for their services. We apply a service call/trip fee/call out charge that applies to only the first-hour labor on site and keeps our hourly labor rates lower to remain competitive."
