Fast, easy, and professional. Definitely recommending to anyone moving to the area. Other moving companies dropped the ball and kept cancelling so we needed something and fast! One call and we got it all squared away with a reasonable appointment time and price. The owner personally came out and made sure that we got the best rate and the best service. Cannot brag on this company enough!!

Overall it went really well and I will definitely use them again in the future. It took longer to move than anticipated but I think my expectations were probably pretty high to begin with. Add into that we had a crazy amount of stuff in our 3 bedroom house and that it was one of the hottest days of the summer and I think the move went extremely well. Nothing was broken. My only "complaint" was that one of his guys wasn't quite prepared for the heat that day. Wearing jeans and a polyester shirt, probably a rookie mistake. He ended up getting overheated and wasn't very helpful, but again, this wasn't anyone's fault really as the weather was incredibly hot. Jeremy's guys were courteous and hard working. They really kept on trucking. Speaking of trucks, we purchased the (2) 21-foot trucking package with 4 guys and they showed up with a slightly shorter truck. Jeremy said that there was a mix up with the rental place. But he made it work and everything went just fine. I was a little worry about fitting everything, but we got it all in there, no problem. <br /> Jeremy is a true professional mover and when you watch him work you can see why he does this for a living. He's incredibly strong and has great stamina. When his workers were getting tired (it was a long day), he provided great "lead-by-example" leadership and kept them going until we were done. <br /> We went over the time allowed by about about 2.5 hours so I gladly paid him the additional hourly fee. I couldn't have done this move without Master Movers and their team. <br /> With any job, especially one as big as ours, there will always be unanticipated problems, but it's how a company solves the problems that leaves customers coming back... and I'll be coming back if I ever move again. <br /> <br />

Jeremy was great to work with and helped us on short notice. They were very careful, professional, and made it look effortless. Other movers had struggled with the same pieces! They finished in less time than anticipated. They were pleasant to work with and even stopped to fix the leg on my chair, that was loose before they arrived, and had nothing to do with them or the move. They got their tools out and fixed it for me. This was a flat rate job and Jeremy stuck to his phone bid with no additional fees. Great guys. I will definitely call them again in the future. I have hired several other moving companies, for various moves in the past, and Master Movers was the best experience. <br />

I cannot recommend Jeremy and his crew man Mike enough. I have moved many times and this was by far the most attentive and professional job I have ever paid for. Frankly, they took better care of my belongings than I probably would have done. I underestimated the amount of time required to load and unload, but they were able to extend their services and complete the job in one day. They moved a small upright piano without additional cost except for the time involved. In addition to working very hard with no slacking, Jeremy and Mike were so personable and kind to my parents and small son. I really hope I never move again, but if I do, I am calling Master Movers! <br />

<strong>Our scheduled changed not once, but twice on very short notice however it didn't phase these guys. They adjusted to meet our needs at every turn. They were prompt and pleasant and diligent about getting the job done in a timely manner. We were completely satisfied with their job performance and plan on using them again to reverse the process. <br /> <br /> </strong> <br /> <br /> <em>As constructive criticism: while they handled everything professionally the crews could try harder to look more professional for customers who value a good 1st impression. It doesn't take long to look past appearances to see that they're going to get the job done, but their ragtag appearance is a bit off putting initially.</em>

These guys were incredible. As soon as they arrived it was "let's go" and they never stopped. They had a plan for everything from how to move it safely to how to pack the truck efficiently. What I also found so impressive was the day of our move I had to call and reschedule as we weren't ready to go! Jeremy approached it with a "no problem" attitude and got us on the schedule for the next day when they were already all booked! They even offered to help pack! I'd recommend them to anyone and use them over and over again! Thanks guys. <br />

<p>Jeremy and his crew arrived on time but he was short 1 mover and he explained that he would give me a discount. From the looks of the scraggly and out of shape crew I new that I was in for a long day. I wish that I had stopped right there and gotten a quote.</p> <p> I paid for 5 men bc I wanted it done quickly. He looked at the job and said that it would take more than 2 hours...possibly a total of 2 to 3 more hours and gave me an hourly rate which seemed fair but again I was wondering if the guys would be up to the task bc they did not look like a crew who worked together, more like a last minute put together team. </p> <p>One guy was mean to my 4 yr old son...he actually yelled at him sternly to MOVE! I was infuriated but ultimately was too afraid to confront him bc he was big and burly and my husband is overseas. I then went to collect my child and ensure that he was okay as I was sure the guy did not know...maybe did not care that I overheard this exchange. I then watched out for my little guy more cautiously and closely. </p> <p>The guys naturally because sweaty and musty and I have some white furniture. I would have appreciated gloves to handle my chairs. I would have appreciated not having to clean up the old property behind less than clean men. </p> <p>I will NEVER use a new business that does not have uniforms or well-mannered people. My furniture was put into my storage with no liners under the couch...it is just sitting on its side in a dusty storage.</p> <p>Lastly, when the job was completed in 7 hours. I did get a minor discount for not having the 5th mover. When the job was complete, Jeremy was very abrasive when it came to asking for the rest of his money, as if to let me know that he was not about any games when it came to his price and that there would not be any negotiating. </p> <p>Ladies make sure your have a man in your presence.</p> <br />

When we first spoke on the phone after you purchase our service; I informed you that it was next to impossible for any size of crew to move a 3 bedroom home in 2 hours. I also explained some factors that can affect the duration of the move. The distance between the truck and the front door. (We had to park in the street at the origin and walk 100 feet to get to the 3 flights of stairs that led to your apartment). Also how prepared you are come move day can also lengthen or shorten the job. ( you were still packing during the loading process; there were several loose toys that created extra trips).We would have been more than happy to provide gloves for your white furniture if requested. David did tell your son to move out of fear for his safety. We were carrying your heavy pedestal washer down the stairs and he was standing at the bottom of the stairs. If you are going to have a child on the job site it is imperative to keep them close to you and out of the movers way. I apologize if it came off as insensitive. All in all it took 3 hours to us 3 hours to disassemble and load your belongings which is typical for a 3 bedroom home. When we arrived at the storage unit we spent an hour rearranging the already full unit that you had to be able to fit your stuff in there. We were under the impression that you were happy with your move thus far; based on the comment you made about how quickly we unloaded your stuff into storage. When details are left out we are left with doing the best job we can with what we have to work with. laying the couch on end was the only way to fit the couch in. It took us an hour and a half to rearrange and unload into your storage. There was a 30 minute drive to junction city. At the destination it took us 2 hours to unload the other half of the truck with a 100 foot carry to the stairs and up three flights of stairs. we were also able to reassemble your sons bed and hook up your washer and dryer within that time.When it came time to take payment you were given the discount for the 5th guy and a 10% discount on the remaining balance for being an Angie's List member. There wasn't anything else that i could've given you. To sum up, We worked for 7 hours; your were charged for a 4 man crew for 7 hours and given a 10% discount. We honored every request that you had besides the 5th guy, we overcame the challenges in your move with no damages. Once again I thank you for your feednack; I am a young business owner an every little bit helps the good and the bad."

Master Movers did an excellent job! They had a large 26' truck for our requirements. They came from Topeka, Ks. Two guys worked quickly and efficiently to load our stuff from a self storage location in Smithville, Mo to Leawood, Ks. They arrived a bit late (30 minutes) due to a truck issue, but Jeremy called to let us know. They were careful with the furniture, very professional. They were equipped with supplies as needed. They wrapped the furniture. The load planning of the truck was well done. They were hard working nice guys! They unloaded the furniture putting it where we directed. This was a 3 hour job. We were very pleased with Master Movers and would use them again. <br />

SNAP MOVERS ARE FIVE STAR MOVING HELPERS! (Topeka KS)and copy; craigslist - We are pretty hard people to impress, especially with Businesses or People we have never met or heard of ! When I first contacted SNAP MOVERS to assist us in loading and unloading our large household items. I spoke with Monica, and after playing phone tag for awhile,(which was my fault because of my work) I told it was easier for me to text message me instead. She determined our moving needs, the size of truck we needed to rent, and approximate time it would take for the move. She is BRILLIANT! <br /> Yesterday we had the MOST RELAXED MOVE we have ever had! We hired SNAP MOVERS to come load/unload the 26' U Haul truck we had rented. What would have taken us days to do took them a little more then 2 hours! (FYI: the 26' was exactly what Monica said we would need and she was correct! ) <br /> Jeremy, Brad, and Jonathon were on time, polite, courtesy, and extremely careful and cautious with all our belonging. All the items they moved for us were heavy and awkward items such as; leather sofa's and love seats, stove, fridge, washer, dryer, tables, chairs, dressers, beds, and precious keep sake items. They had the truck loaded in less then an hour. <br /> Once we arrived at the new house they took the same care and caution unloading the truck. They put every piece exactly where we wanted it, offered to set it all up for us. Many of those items had to go up a flight of steps on down a long flight of steps and around doorways. They did it PERFECTLY! Not a scratch, ding, or dent in any item or wall. <br /> We had even ask them to stop and take a break because they were working so hard and it was so hot outside. They said they were fine and kept on moving our items. That gave us the feeling that they were cautious of our time too! <br /> At the 2 hour point Jeremy told us of the time. (We had a 15 minute drive time between the two places) which they had no control of, they were at the new place waiting on the truck to arrive for 10 minutes. Their time is money too so they should be paid for waiting on us :) I told Jeremy having to pay them for more time was well worth it! It took them only an additional 10 minutes to complete the job. <br /> SNAP MOVERS ARE A FIVE STAR MOVING COMPANY!! Everything was great! They were on time and were clean and professional looking. It was great having a moving company that you did not have to worry about when they were in your house. The were caring of property and treated everything with respect. Definately an A++ <br />
