Very very bad...not a good company

Larry and his team did a FANTASTIC job and were a pleasure to work with. They coordinated with the floor guys to make sure the work got done in a timely fashion while we were away. They even sent pictures as they repainted and re-wallpapered while we were on vacation. They finished on time and on budget. They even put sconces up for us in my sons room. If you are going to have your home painted this is who you should use. Just give them your keys and they will do a good job. Really professional and detail oriented.

Master Painting and Remodeling is the best option for your painting needs. We got many quotes but they stood out because all of the time they didn't explaining the process and answering questions. They were very detailed from the beginning. Their pricing was very reasonable. Painters were excellent and courteous at all times. They were on time, kept everything clean and did an amazing job painting the exterior of our house. They went well beyond and did a perfect job as promised. I initially hired Master Painting because their price was the lowest of several competing bids, and I hoped that they would do a fair to good job. What I received was far beyond my expectations. The crew was on time and hard at work each morning, and they often worked well into the evening. They did an excellent job painting, and now my house looks brand new again. This company is a ripe off - major “bait and switch” and went as far as to give a “fake refund” with a check from a closed account. Beware!!!!!! You will be disappointed!!!!

What can I say. This company is a gem. Hire Them. They will restore your faith in contractors. Patrica Rivera who is my contact for the job, was professional thorough listened to my needs for the condo was responsive to phone call and question promptly, steered me away from spending needless money, wrote a clear concise estimate, went over every bit of the estimate. Once approved Patrica and the crew stayed on budget unless I requested something else. If they had a question, I was notified. There were no surprises. Beside her competency , she has an excellent sense of style, knows her materials and finishes and is most accomplished in helping you with design. Hugo and the crew are perfection in their work. Nothing required a redo, seams lines, paint perfect, I cannot say enough. Master Painting and Remodeling is transparent in their billing, so rare in this day and age. The term customer service is alive and well with this company.

My wife and I were wanting to paint the walls in our home but we were nervous about doing it ourselves. We reached out to Master Painting and Remodeling to see if they would paint the walls for us. We figured since they’re professionals it would go over better if we hired them and we were not disappointed! They took great care in moving furniture/other items out of the way so they wouldn’t get paint on them, and they didn’t take long to paint our home. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process and they did everything with such skill and efficiency! We will definitely be using Master Painting and Remodeling in the future!

EVERYTHING WENT WELL.

I had exterior repairs and cleaning of my rental property. I had some repairs done to the roof along with power washing if the exterior. There were also some spots that needed stucco repaired in some places. I live out of state and they hadled this very professionally. My neighbor watch the workers and gave very positive feedback stating they were a great crew and did a great job.

Highly recommended provided great price and everything was completed on time.

Rod is a true professional at his craft and I would not hesitate to pick up the phone and call him again for my next job!

I live in New York and rent a townhouse out down in the area. Having used there services before to paint this townhouse, I knew that going back to them was the only right call to make. Both times they gave me great quotes, made it really easy to schedule and plan everything, and they only teased me about how much better there weather was once or twice! The size of the bathroom plus its addition was pretty big, but they were still able to get in and out of there pretty quick, leaving a couple of perfect coats on the wall. I am going to continue using these guys for anything I need done in Florida.

Where do I begin with this company? First off, I needed help with remodeling the house and I tried to do it myself, and that didn’t work out so well. I went to Google and looked up remodeling companies around the area and I found this company on there. I was scared and nervous, but gave in and gave them a call. They were very helpful and the quality of the remodeling was amazing. The contractors and handymen that came over who did the two bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing and friendly throughout the process. They even did pressure cleaning and roof cleaning which saved me a lot of time of doing as well. I would definitely recommend Master Painting and Remodeling for any of their services. The staff were amazing and friendly throughout the process.

Master Painting and Remodeling was amazing. It was a godsend. I had no clue how to start with my dilapidated house, but my friend told me about Master Painting and Remodeling, so I called and had a nice chat with Larry. Next the workers came. I introduced them to my family, and must I say they were the most friendly construction men I've ever met, I felt comfortable with them in my house. They didn't swear and had appropriate chats with each other while working, and sometimes they even had me join them in there chats. They expanded my kitchen, and they renovated my exterior and interior. My house is now a 10/10.

I hired Master Painting and Remodeling to paint the entire exterior of my home. I would never use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone else. The painting contract I signed stipulated that primer and two coats of paint were to be applied on all surfaces. The paint crew sprayed only one coat of paint on my house and then said the job was done. When I asked the painter about the second coat he said he went horizontal and vertical when applying the paint and that constituted two coats. I told him on any paint can the manufacturer states the first coat must dry for a period of time before the second coat can be applied. In fact when Rod, the owner, came to my house to give me the estimate he stated two coats of paint would be applied, one sprayed and one rolled. When I talked to Rod about the discrepancy between what the contract stipulated and what the painter actually did Rod sided with the painter's definition of two coats of paint. I told Rod I could not give him a favorable evaluation because of his refusal to do two coats of paint as was in the contract. Rod insinuated he would sue me if I gave him a bad review. Two days later Rod called and agreed to send the paint crew out for a second layer of paint. I feel Master Painting and Remodeling tried to weasel out of their contractual obligations for two coats of paint and that their standard of service is below that of the painting industry.
