They arrived at a time convenient for us and did the required cleaning out of the drain and checked it with a camera. They are friendly and professional. I will definately use them again.

Instead of taking responsibility for a failed component of theirs they blamed us for the faulty part. To be fair I am uploading the picture they took of the faulty part. They said we left a hose connected to the line and left the water open. That is hog wash it is their way of escaping using a faulty part.

Got a quote to set the toilet correctly and replace the pipes from the water heater to the sink, but only replace the valves. Charge me full price for the job.

When our dual flushing water saver toilet handle broke (not a simple home repair) we called Master Plumber of Meridian for the first time to get the repair job completed ASAP. Jeff at Master Plumbing is fantastic! Our main drain line was flooded, and it overflowed all over the place. We tried to unclog it ourselves, but the flooding recurred every time we used the sink or toilet. The issue affected the toilets, sinks, laundry room, shower, and tub. Nothing could be used until the issue was resolved. It was an emergency nightmare, and Jeff saved the night! He came late, which we appreciate so much. It was a very scary situation. We also learned from Jeff that the cat poop with litter residue was the culprit which caused the mainline clog. If you have cats, then you understand it's a common practice. So we have completely stopped that practice. Now we have little garbage cans near the litter to hold the poop. Jeff explained it like this: when the particles of litter scooped up that are stuck to the waste and then flushed, the sand expands and doesn't go anywhere. It just clogs the drain. Also, those liquid dissolvers work on hair and paper, but they don't dissolve sand. Note: in the past, when we had two cats, we never encountered this problem, but now we have four cats. However, we'll never do it again. So if you're a cat person, heed our warning! We learned a great lifelong lesson from this experience. Thank you, Jeff; you are an angel! While we were in the hospital for two days after giving birth to our first son, our mother in law found the toilet leaking from the pipe that runs into the wall. It continued to leak with the toilet turned off and we came home on a Sunday afternoon to water continuously running down the wall pooling on the floor. With a brand new baby, we didn't want to go without water or having to turn it on and off every time we needed to use the water. It was a Sunday evening, the first snowfall of the year and the Service Manager came within hours himself to help us. Scott was super professional and helpful, even ran back to get a part so we could get it fixed the same night. The last thing you want to worry about when bringing your brand new baby home is plumbing issues, Master Plumbing and Scott made getting it fixed right away easy and stress free. Thank you!
