It did not go well. The slick salesman was very desperate with the sale. I did not authorize them to come the day they came and they were already installing them when I got home. I paid them the agreed amount and I do not like the product they installed. They drip on my deck and the downspouts block any debris. I have called them numerous times to discuss the different problems and to tell them the slope is not right and I never get a call back from them.

The process of getting new seamless gutters with the MasterShield system installed was fairly simple. The office staff was outstanding and my estimator was knowledgeable. It was a little more than I was anticipating, however it was worth it! I haven't had to clean out my gutters all year!

Install was amazing! The crew touched up my paint that was peeling on some of the trim and were able to pressure wash my walkway as well. The gutters really gave my whole home a face lift. Everyone I worked with was really on top of their game and it was really nice to have the option of getting a few things done at once.

The gutter work was excellent. They even corrected work that was done beforehand by Costco. They were very professional and thorough when it came to the gutters. My only issue is that I would’ve liked the same attentive to the roof cleaning as with the gutters. Considering what I paid.

We don't typically clean roofs but we can apply a moss and algae treatment while we are there. I have had a terrible experience with Leafless in Seattle. Their staff is rude, their workers ran into my fence, then they did not want to pay to get it fixed, it took 3 months for them to complete the job, when we pointed out that they were not living up the their 100% satisfaction guarantee they threatened us with a lean. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"We are sorry to hear that you are still unhappy. We show that your work was completed within a week of its start installation date due to an illness that one of our installers was suffering. We don't show that there was any refusal to pay for a fence repair, the only thing requested was a second estimate as the first one included areas that were not damaged. We show that we promptly issued as a credit to your account per your request as soon as the second estimate to fix the damaged section was provided. It appears that even after everything was taken care of your bill was in an outstanding status with us two months past due. Which is when this review was written. We always try our best to fix things when they are not to our standards or the clients. However, we do still need to collect final payment. It went well. There were two installers and they worked all day to install the new gutters and shield product. The new gutters are beautiful and I think the product will work well for keeping the crazy amount of pine needles out. For the estimate Jim provided a cost breakdown that showed all the options we could get.

It went well. Unfortunately for the two installers, it was freezing outside but they got to work and got the job done, in a day and a half. Since then, it has been snowing so we will have to wait and see how the guards work.

These guys are awesome. I had them install the MasterShield Gutter System in 2013, and this last June, I noticed one of the valley filters was broken. I contacted them again to repair it, and Jim (the same guy that sold it to me 4 years ago) came knocking at my door to assess the situation. He remembered us and was equally as punctual, informative, professional and friendly as the very first day I met him. He saw that the Barnett Valley was broken and offered to have that valley repaired as well as update all of the others for free. It was booked for September 8th, and the guys showed up later in the day and worked into the dark to get them all fixed. Top notch service providers. Thank you!!

Job will be done in 2 phases. First to clean roof and repair damaged wood and joints, and second will be in Feb. when the gutters will be replaced by the leafless system. Jim came out, did the estimate and was very friendly, professional, and informative.

Estimator showed up when he said he would. Nice guy, no pressure, knowledgeable and helpful. Workers showed up on time and were polite and professional. They cleaned up before they left. All communications (in person, over the phone and email) during this process were clear and friendly. Now I'm waiting for rain to see them in action :)

Great! I live in an area that will always have fir needles and tons of debris from the nearby trees heading onto my roof and clogging my gutters. I love the new Mastershield gutters. They look nice and done very well in our stormy and rainy season. Very pleased.

This is an updated review. There was confusion about the custom nature of this job and apparently that is why it was bid high. The work was done quite nicely and I was given a discount on the final bill as the installation ended up less involved than initially bid. I am now happy with the work and would recommend them in the future.

Great. They work and look good. They cleaned up after themselves which is huge. Breaks seemed longer then necessary and could have finished in two days instead of three MAYBE, but happy overall. The Angie's lost offer didn't go very far towards final bill--very expensive but so far worth it to not have to clean gutters ever again.

I paid well over other bids, thinking I would get the best service and highest quality job. They were slow to schedule the work and get back to me with a time. I called concerned and then they rushed the job, which may have caused them to forget to paint the fascia going under the gutters. Even calling to explain that the fascia was unpainted after the first day of work, they insisted it was treated and treated was the bid. I did not have the bid in front of me during the call and I by the time I got to the actual bid the job was complete. I verified the facia was to be painted. All work was then done. I asked for a refund for failing to paint the fascia. They sent $200 and a tin of cheese to apologize. Apology accepted. The salesman is polished professional, knowledgeable, but it does not appear that he reviews the work of those that come out to complete it. It appears some quality control was needed to set up the job materials properly. Workers were polite, tidy and expedient. I have several neighbors who have commented that they can't believe the fascia was not painted. That means the job is actually negative advertising for the firm.--The gutters are high quality, well planned, properly sloped and I expect they will function as expected. The firm will not be able to get neighborhood referrals.

"Our apologies for the incorrect fascia being installed. You did order primed fascia and we did too. We picked it up direct from the lumber yard and they had pulled the wrong kind. Primed wood can come in a variety of different primed colors and when our office member called the installation crew to verify the fascia they said that the boards were "green". It was assumed that green was the primed color when in fact "green" is a term used for boards that don't have primer. We have communicated to everyone answering phones the correct terminology to avoid this going forward. We are so sorry this happened to your installation. Very professional and quick. Excellent clean up. The installers were polite and friendly, and dedicated to doing quality work. I appreciated that they informed me of some major roof issues, and the fact that the company delayed putting on the Mastershield portion till I could have the roof replaced.

WOW!!! I can't say enough good things about these guys. From start to finish they are the best. I started out my journey a bit skeptical do to all the things I've seen my friends try that never worked. I looked at several different gutter protection products before MasterShield. MasterShield was my last bid. Jim came out and showed me the system. Jim is highly knowledgeable and very professional. I ultimately chose MasterShield because rather than sitting on top of the gutter, if follows the same pitch as my roof. Because it follows the roof pitch, any debris would be more apt to roll off rather than get trapped on top of the gutter. When the work started the guys were great. The quality of work is amazing. While they were up there they even added some additional flashings to my roof that were missing at no charge. The system has now been up for about a month. I have a really steep roof plus I have a couple big valleys that dump tons of water right on the filter. I was a little concerned the system wouldn't be able to take all the water in a heavy downpour. Well, even with all the melting snow and the tons of rain, the system worked perfect. I couldn't be happier. Finally, no more cleaning out my gutters.

Great job. The gutters almost exactly matched the new house trim. We had them come out before the house was painted and removed the old gutters. Then the painters fixed some woodwork that needed replacing, painted and got the house looking great. We had a timing issue because of weather that delayed the painting for several weeks, but finally it got finished and then Leafless came on out. They didn't have the right end caps and wanted to paint some generic ones on site, but understood when we didn't want to do that. Came out a couple of days later and voila, new gutters, reinforced some roofing edges and it looks and works great.

This company was top notch. They installed new gutters with Mastershield screens These guys did a great job, even doing some painting for me after the old gutter removal, but prior to the new ones being installed. And, they said "no problem free of charge". I gave them a well deserved tip and I regret that I didn't give them a bigger tip. And, it's been over a year since the new Mastershield screens and gutters were installed on the 2nd floor roof and dormers. The Mastershield screens have worked great keeping out all the pine needles, yet working very well in the hardest rain. I didn't want to walk on the roof for years and these new gutters with Masthershield screens means I don't have to clean those gutters again. I had new gutters with cheaper covers installed on the he lower roof to save money, since they can be accessed with a small ladder. But, they also have been doing a great job of keeping debris out of the gutters. Bottom line, I would happily hire them again.
