We needed a kitchen sink and faucet, a bathroom sink and faucet, and one toilet replaced. In addition, a leaky faucet in our tub/shower required repair. We had a second toilet replaced at a later date. The sinks and toilets were fairly routine and Mastropiero handled them smoothly and efficiently. They were also very helpful in providing specs before doing the job for what we should buy that would fit and be quality. Other plumbers had told us that in order to fix the leaky tub faucet they would have to break through the wall behind the tub. Mastropiero however was able to do it without having to break wall or tile. The job they did is excellent and likely saved us some amount of money and headaches in subsequent repairs. All the jobs are working well and are very attractive. The three technicians who did the work were professional, friendly and polite, and willing to answer all questions. With all the work that houses require over the years, it is nice to be able to rely on a plumber. We will absolutely use them again.

On a Wednesday NJ Natural Gas found two gas leaks in our basement. One at our hot water heater and one on a corroded pipe at the foundation right inside where the pipe goes out to the meter. The latter was the more severe leak. NJ Natural gas turned our gas off. I called Mastropiero on Thursday morning on the recommendation of a friend. The receptionist was friendly and reassuring in terms of being able to get the work done quickly. A technician was at our house within a few hours. He inspected the two spots, provided a general idea of what would be required, indicated that the work was fairly routine, and that the cost would be under $1000 but a final estimate would be provided later that day. The gas company had thought there would have to be cutting and unions installed along the corroded pipes. Mastropiero however proposed replacing the pipes altogether, certainly saving time. And in terms of the labor costs, money too, I would presume. Later that day an estimate of $750 was given, an estimated 3 hours of work, and the job was scheduled for the following morning, Friday. On Friday, the plumber arrived on schedule and as indicated, replaced the leaking pipes. There's not much more to say than that they did the work promised, on schedule, and at the cost quoted. I feared that a gas leak could be a major problem, but Mastropiero handled so that it was not. NJ Natural Gas had set up our meter so that the plumber could restore service after the job was completed. So within about 36 hours of losing service, we had it back with new pipes less likely to corrode again. NJ Natural Gas came on the following Monday to confirm that the leaks were gone and the work had all been done to code and standards. It was. As our initial experience with them was one of courtesy, professionalism, and results, we will use Mastropiero again without hesitation.

Sewer line in the basement is original from 1972.  Mike was patient and took his time inspecting the line in question. Also checked plumbing from an above bathroom that seemed like it was in need of repair.  Explained everything to me without rushing. Did a water test so we could see exactly where the leaks were to avoid overspending.  When I called, which was a few times, the office and answering service were very friendly, polite,helpful and understanding.  Highly recommend them and will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs :)

It was the coldest day of the year and the heating system broke.  Mike and Anthony responded immediately to my call for help and had the unit up and running within a few hours.  It was a pleasure dealing with them and I will call them if any other problems ever arise with my heating system.  I highly recommend this company. <br />

I purchased the installation through Lowe's and this was the plumber who I was provided. They came out to do a detail (a part of the Lowe's process). That day Rick and another associate whose name I can't remember arrived on time, introduced themselves, were efficient in taking the proper measurements and making sure Lowe's would know what parts were needed for the work I was requesting. Once Lowe's received that info, I went to the store and they helped me pick out all of the items I needed for the work to be completed (at Lowe's you are responsible to pick out and bring the items home or pay extra to get the items picked up by the contractor, I decided to get everything home myself to save a little money). The day of installation I was called when Rick when he was on his way, he was on time, and once again introduced himself. He and his associates made sure to get the new toilet from my truck and carried up upstairs. There was an issue with the sink that was purchased being 1/2 too small (not their fault) he was so great about it, we were able to work it out where a family member of mine went to Lowe's to get the correct size sink while he installed the toilet. He even thank them a few times for doing that, even though it was not his fault the sink was the wrong size. Everything installed looks and great and so far is working perfectly! I was very impressed by how professional, courteous, and friendly Rick, as well as everyone I interacted with from this company was. I would definitely call them if I need future work done that they provide. <br />
