Mata Landscaping did a beautiful job. Professional and punctual, will definitely use again.

The workers completed the work. Did not remove the debris as advertised. Left the debris on the curb side unbagged. Were on time, returned phone call promptly.

He was here for 4 hours & it went well. He got their a little late but it was no problem. He got the tree debris up & the wood floor had to be pulled away from it's spot, which he did with his truck, in order for it to be broken up & hauled away. I was very pleased.

It was a couple of days, seem like it was 3 guys.

The leaves were raked into piles and some bagged up but most of them were left because they didn't have bags to gather them all because it started to rain. I purchased the ones the used since they didn't have any. My nephew and I will have to finish the job or hire someone else to complete the job.

Exceptionally well. Despite mild language barrier at the beginning (my voice can be hard to understand, even for native English speakers) Work was done quickly and efficiently. Crew was very pleasant mannered, Work was professional, fast, and complete. Will definitely hire again

Actual work went ok. Scheduling however was a nightmare. Switched from email to texting, then didn't respond to texts, nor reply when they said they would. Very very slapdash management.

Once we got connected, it went great.

It took several weeks to schedule a day for the work, but once a date was set, the two men came on time and worked hard for four hours. They did what I asked them to do and did an especially good job placing the pine straw.

Both times the company came on time, and did the work in my absence. On both occasions the work was completed exactly as I requested. Very reassuring to have a company I trust, and very rare.

Juan and Renaldo are energetic and work quickly. They aim to please their customers and do what is asked of them. Their edging is exceptional and they moved a lot of leaves and storm debris. They could benefit from learning more about the basics of pruning.

This company did not honor their obligation; would not call to schedule; When I did call them I got hung up on on the first call. Called the other number listed and the person rambled almost incoherently about not being able to fill the request; told be to just contact Angie's list to cancel the request...

Took awhile to schedule, a lot of back and forth with his wife to arrange a time. Once he got here, the job they did was mediocre at best and they left a mess behind. Also felt as though they over charged for the pine straw. They were almost twice as much as others we've had.

I am glad that we used Mata! My lawn was cut and edged so beautifully. They did everything that I needed. I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the leaves racked away from my flower garden that I didn't even think of. I naturally overlook them. They listened to my needs and went the extra mile. Thank you so much!!!!!

They worked hard and got tons of work done. However, they did some cleanup I did not ask for and didn't get to some things that I did ask for. I don't want to complain about work that they did and did well, however, there are yardwork tasks that I am able to do myself and there are others that I can't. I'd rather they did the ones I asked (and can't do) first.

Matta Landscaping did a very thorough job, we were pleased with their work.

It turned out okay.  I didn't think it was $300 worth of work done.  I think the deal was $299, and maybe my understanding of what yard clean-up and yard debris was, was different than what I got.  And then I was under the impression that they would haul off the yard debris, and what they did was they put it in a big old lawn bag and it was at the end of the street.  So what I did was, had to drag the bag up to the other half of the yard where the yard pick-up was done once a week, because if they had left it where it was, they would not have picked it up.  It has to be at a certain point and that's when they pick it up.  What the gentleman said that he would do - and I'm trying to give them an opportunity to see if they'll do better - he's going to come back because he didn't have his lawnmower when he came here, which I thought was kind of c****y.  But anyway, he didn't have his lawnmower to cut the grass, so he's going to come back.  But I'm paying for the second visit myself, for him to come and clean up the yard, the front and the back.  So that would be my only complaint.  I didn't think that with the services they performed for the price that I paid - that, I was disappointed with.  The things that I thought would be done were not done.  So I'll chalk that up to me as far as miscommunication or misunderstanding what yard debris and yard clean-up is.  Their responsiveness, now I will give them a high mark for that because they contacted me as soon as they saw I had purchased it.  The one thing I did have to prove - they asked me which one did I get, was it the eight or the four hour yard work, and I think on my e-mail to them, I had responded that it was four hours, but then I turned around and sent them another e-mail telling them I'm sorry, it was eight hours, which meant it was four labor hours with two people, is what it was.  If it was one person, it would've been eight hours; for two people it was four hours, is what it was.  So they did respond to that quickly.  I'll give them an A on their responsiveness.  I'm going to give them a B on punctuality because they were an hour late.  They had said that they would be here by 8:30 and it was about 9:30 when they got here.  Yes, I am going to use them again to see if they can redeem themselves because, like I said, for what I paid for is not the services that I thought that I was going to get, so he did make an offer that they would come back and mow the lawn and edge it and all of that other stuff, which I'm going to pay a separate price for that.  So I am going to use them again, just because I do believe in giving second chances.  Now if they do a c**p job, then no, I'm not gonna use them and I probably would go on the list and say how unhappy I was with blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.  I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, and hopefully they'll do better when they come back the second time.
