Mauricio’s Construction did an excellent job on our garage project. Mauricio is very personable, easy to work with, and truly goes the extra mile to complete the job and make sure the customer is fully satisfied. The team removed debris, swept out the garage, cleaned and prepped the walls and ceiling, patched small holes, sanded surfaces, and properly primed everything before painting. They also took care of the doors and made sure the entire space looked clean, fresh, and professionally finished. Mauricio also helped us correct a town inspection issue by running the bathroom fan vent duct through the attic to the exterior, bringing the work into compliance. He handled it professionally and made sure the job was completed properly. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Mauricio’s Construction for garage prep, painting, repairs, venting and code-compliance work, and general home improvement projects.

We are very happy with the work Mauricio is doing for us. It is in our garage and involves removal of old cabinetry and shelves. A lot of drywall repair has been necessary and it has been done with expertise. The work will be completed on Tuesday when painting has been done. Mauricio is a very nice man, competent, returns when he says he will and communicates arrival times proactively with the customer. I will use him again when I need arises.

Maurice is an excellent contractor and very friendly to work with. He is very professional and have good knowledge and experience to resolve the issues.

We have a very old house and the walls are not necessarily even but when he put up the tile in our kitchen unless you know to look you can't tell. And the rest of the work spackle/painting etc very good. Very courteous and professional.

We first met Mauricio and his brother when they were preparing the foundation for our garage for our contractor. We had them do some painting an window re-pointing tasks as well as some carpentry repairs and tiling. Everything came out great! They are diligent and reliable - I only wish I'd met them sooner. Heartily recommended!
